Abstract

PT. Minemex Indonesia merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan dari Thriveni Group yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batubara di Desa Taman Dewa dan Desa Talang Serdang, Kecamatan Mandiangin, Kabupaten Sarolangun, Provinsi Jambi dengan luas wilayah IUP Operasi Produksi seluas 3.700 Ha dan mulai beroperasi sejak tahun 2011. Kegiatan penambangan pada pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup (overburden removal) dikerjakan oleh PT. Minemex Indonesia sendiri dengan target produksi overburden bulan Februari 2023 sebesar 104.502 bcm/bulan. Target dari produktivitas alat angkut yang telah ditetapkan di bulan Februari tidak tercapai karena alat angkut sering mengalami kerusakan. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh umur pemakaian alat yang sudah lebih dari 5 tahun yang mengakibatkan performa alat semakin menurun. Menurunnya produktivitas alat berdampak pada biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya produksi yang ekonomis dari 2 jenis alat angkut dengan umur pembelian alat angkut relatif sama. Hasil dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan dalam penggantian maupun penambah unit alat angkut. Kegiatan penambangan lapisan tanah penutup di Blok A, PT. Minemex Indonesia menggunakan dua merk alat yaitu Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K dan Scania P380. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa biaya produksi dengan jarak front ke disposal 2,3 km. Kedua alat tersebut merupakan alat pembelian di tahun yang sama yaitu tahun 2018. Dari hasil pengolahan data, didapatkanlah produktivitas dari masing-masing alat Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K sebesar 53,12 bcm/jam dengan pengeluaran biaya owning cost sebesar Rp 60.571/jam dan biaya operating cost sebesar Rp 445.938/jam. Sedangkan produktivitas Scania P380 sebesar 37,25 bcm/jam dengan biaya owning cost sebesar Rp 63.714/jam dengan biaya operating cost sebesar Rp419.524/jam. Hasil biaya owning dan operating cost ini selanjutnya dibagi dengan produktivitas masing-masing alat untuk mendapatkan biaya produksi per bcm. Biaya produksi pada Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K sebesar Rp 9.535/bcm sedangkan Scania P380 sebesar Rp 12.972/bcm. Berdasarkan biaya produksi tersebut disimpulkan bahwa walaupun operating cost dump truck Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K lebih besar namun karena unggul secara performa sehingga Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K lebih ekonomis secara biaya produksi dibandingkan dengan dump truck Scania P380. PT. Minemex Indonesia is one of the subsidiaries of Thriveni Group engaged in coal mining in Taman Dewa Village and Talang Serdang Village, Mandiangin District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province with a Production Operation IUP area of 3,700 Ha and began operating since 2011. Mining activities in overburden removal are carried out by PT. Minemex Indonesia itself with an overburden production target in February 2023 of 104,502 bcm/month. The productivity target of transportation equipment that had been set in February was not achieved because the transportation equipment often suffered damage. This is influenced by the service life of the tool that has been more than 5 years which results in decreased tool performance. The decline in equipment productivity has an impact on the production costs incurred by the company. This study aims to analyze the economical production costs of 2 types of transportation equipment with the same relative purchase life of transportation equipment. The results of this analysis are expected to be input for the Company in replacing and increasing transportation equipment units. Overburden mining activities in Block A, PT. Minemex Indonesia uses two brands of equipment, namely Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K and Scania P380. This research was conducted by analyzing production costs with a front to disposal distance of 2.3 km. Both tools are purchasing tools in the same year, namely 2018. From the results of data processing, productivity was obtained from each Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K tool of 53.12 bcm /hour with owning costs of Rp 60,571/hour and operating costs of Rp 445,938/hour. While the productivity of Scania P380 is 37.25 bcm/hour with owning costs of Rp63,714/hour with operating costs of Rp 419,524/hour. The results of owning costs and operating costs are then divided by the productivity of each tool to get production costs per bcm. The production cost on the Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K is Rp 9,535/bcm while the Scania P380 is Rp 12,972/bcm. Based on these production costs, it is concluded that although the operating cost of the Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K dump truck is greater, because it is superior in performance, the Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K is more economical in production costs compared to the Scania P380 dump truck.
