Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Jambi Suka Batubara Desa Nyogan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai resistivitas, kedalaman dan ketebalan serta sebaran lapisan batubara di PT. Jambi Suka Batubara desa Nyogan Kab. Muaro Jambi. Desa Nyogan berada di Formasi Muara Enim yang terdiri dari perselingan batupasir dengan batulempung, batulanau, dan batubara. Data yang diperoleh dari pengukuran dilapangan menggunakan metode geofisika. Akuisisi data metode geofisika yang digunakan yaitu metode geolistrik tahanan jenis dengan konfigurasi wenner. Dengan 5 lintasan yang memiliki Panjang lintasan 210 meter dengan spasi elektroda 15 meter. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapisan batubara tersebar dari arah Barat laut menuju arah Tenggara, hal ini berdasarkan nilai resistivitas Batubara nya 184 – 258 Ωm. Untuk kedalaman lapisan Batubara bervariasi dari 19 – 37 meter dan ketebalan lapisan bervariasi dari 2 – 6 meter. This research was conducted at PT. Jambi Suka Batubara, Nyogan Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the resistivity values, depth and thickness and distribution of coal seams at PT. Jambi Suka Batubara, Nyogan village, Kab. Muaro Jambi. Nyogan Village is in the Muara Enim Formation which consists of sandstone interbedded with mudstone, siltstone and coal. Data obtained from field measurements using geophysical methods. The geophysical data acquisition method used is the resistivity geoelectric method with the Wenner configuration. With 5 tracks that have a track length of 210 meters with electrode spacing of 15 meters. Based on research results, coal seams spread from the northwest to the southeast, this is based on the coal resistivity value of 184 – 258 Ωm. The depth of the coal seam varies from 19 – 37 meters and the thickness of the seam varies from 2 – 6 meters.
