Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pebana Adi Sarana yang merupakan perusahaan pertambangan batu andesit, berlokasi di Jalan Sumbar-Riau, Nagari Manggilang, Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Sistem penambangan yang digunakan yaitu quarry dengan golongan side hill quarry type. Lereng pada PT Pebana Adi Sarana memiliki sudut dan kemiringan yang besar, serta memiliki struktur geologi. Penelitian berdasarkan data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun data primer didapatkan dari hasil pengamatan dan pengukuran langsung di lokasi IUP PT Pebana Adi Sarana, serta pengujian yang dilakukan di laboratorium. Data primer yang didapatkan dari lokasi IUP PT Pebana Adi Sarana yaitu data geometri aktual, klasifikasi RMR, dan sampel batuan andesit. Sedangkan data primer hasil pengujian di laboratorium berupa sifat fisik dan mekanik batu andesit. Data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan sebagai penunjang data penelitian, seperti peta IUP, peta geologi, dan peta topografi. Hasil dari klasifikasi RMR yaitu berbobot 75 dengan kelas massa batuan berada pada kelas II (baik). Berdasarkan klasifikasi kekuatan batuan (franklin), metode penggalian yang cocok dengan menggunakan peledakan pembongkaran. Analisis kestabilan lereng menggunakan metode kesetimbangan batas dengan kriteria keruntuhan Mohr-Coulomb. Kestabilan lereng ditentukan dari nilai faktor keamanan, dengan rekomendasi nilai faktor keamanan >1,1 berdasarkan KEPMEN 1827 K Tahun 2018. Dalam analisis kestabilan lereng, kondisi lereng dibagi menjadi natural, kering, dan jenuh. Nilai faktor keamanan lereng kondisi natural sebesar 18,152; nilai faktor keamanan lereng kondisi kering sebesar 18,263; dan nilai faktor keamanan lereng kondisi jenuh sebesar 18,142. Kata Kunci: struktur geologi, klasifkasi RMR, franklin, kestabilan lereng SUMMARY The research was conducted at PT Pebana Adi Sarana, which is an andesite mining company, located on Jalan Sumbar-Riau, Nagari Manggilang, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province. The mining system used is a side hill quarry type quarry. The slopes at PT Pebana Adi Sarana have large angles and slopes, and have a geological structure. Research based on primary data and secondary data. The primary data was obtained from direct observations and measurements at the PT Pebana Adi Sarana IUP location, as well as tests carried out in the laboratory. Primary data obtained from the PT Pebana Adi Sarana IUP location is actual geometric data, RMR classification, and andesite rock samples. Meanwhile, the primary data from testing results in the laboratory are the physical and mechanical properties of andesite stone. Secondary data is data obtained from companies to support research data, such as IUP maps, geological maps and topographic maps. The results of the RMR classification are a weight of 75 with the rock mass class being in class II (good). Based on the rock strength classification (Franklin), a suitable excavation method uses demolition blasting. Slope stability analysis uses the limit equilibrium method with Mohr-Coulomb failure criteria. Slope stability is determined from the safety factor value, with a recommended safety factor value of >1.1 based on KEPMEN 1827 K of 2018. In slope stability analysis, slope conditions are divided into natural, dry and saturated. The slope safety factor value for natural conditions is 18.152; the slope safety factor value for dry conditions is 18.263; and the slope safety factor value for saturated conditions is 18.142.
