Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the principles of BUMDes Sinar Mulya Abadi management and analyze the impact of BUMDes Sinar Mulya Abadi management in increasing village revenue Simpang Sungai Duren Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota. Qualitative research method because it requires direct surveys and interviews in the field of related research objects so that dynamic problems can be solved. The results showed that the management of BUMDes Sinar Mulya Abadi has been running well, this is followed by the application of the BUMDes principle which has been fully implemented. The application of the principles of BUMDes Sinar Mulya Abadi management based on the findings of the researchers shows that in the six principles all have been implemented from the six principles, there are several principles that are well implemented, these principles consist of cooperation, emancipation, participation and accountability, this is influenced by Perdes Number 27 of 2018 concerning the establishment of BUMDes and involving the community. In the principle of sustainability, there are still obstacles in the development of BUMDes Sinar Mulya Abadi business units, this is due to limited infrastructure and facilities. While the principle of transparency, BUMDes management reports still use archival documents, this is due to limited human resources which are an obstacle in providing information accessible to the public through technology.
