Abstract
Saat ini diberbagai bidang tidak hanya terdapat laki-laki, manun juga terdapat banyak wanita. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh wanita dalam membantu keluarga untuk bekerja adalah dengan menjadi pedagang atau berjualan dipasar. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik sosial dan ekonomi wanita pedagang di Pasar Keluarga Kota Jambi, Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan wanita pedagang di Pasar Keluarga Kota Jambi, Menganalisis kontribusi pendapatan wanita pedagang terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden yang menggunakan alat Analisa Regresi Linier Berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji kelayakan data yang berupa uji normalitas, uji validitas, dan uji realibitas dibantu dengan alat analisis SPSS Versi 26.0. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh karakteristik sosial ekonomi Wanita Pedagang didominasi usia frekuensi 42-46 tahun menunjukkan bahwa usaha wanita pedagang ini pada usia yang produktif dan didominasi oleh jenjang pendidikan tingkat SMA sederajat. Mayoritas dari Wanita Pedagang menikah dengan jumlah tanggungan rat- rata 2 orang. Untuk besaran pendapatan yang didominasi frekuensi Rp. 1.500.000 – 6.240.000 Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen modal, jam kerja, lama usaha dan lokasi usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen pendapatan wanita pedagang dan secara parsial hanya variabel modal, lama usaha dan lokasi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan wanita pedagang sedangkan jam kerja tidak berpengaruh. Selanjutnya untuk nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,442. Artinya sebesar 44,2 persen variasi pendapatan pedagang kelontong dijelaskan oleh variabel dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sisanya 56,8 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive in the form of primary data collected through distributing questionnaires and interviews with a sample of 70 respondents using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tools and hypothesis testing using data suitability tests in the form of normality tests, validity tests and reality tests. assisted with the SPSS Version 26.0 analysis tool. From the research results, it was found that the socio-economic characteristics of female traders were dominated by an age frequency of 42-46 years, indicating that the businesses of these female traders were at a productive age and were dominated by an educational level of high school or equivalent. The majority of female traders are married with an average of 2 dependents. For the amount of income dominated by the frequency of Rp. 1,500,000 – 6,240,000 It can be concluded that simultaneously the independent variables capital, working hours, length of business and business location have a significant effect on the dependent variable income of women traders and partially only the variables capital, length of business and location have a significant effect on the income of women traders while working hours have no effect. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination value is 0.442. This means that 44.2 percent of the variation in grocery traders' income is explained by the variables in this research, while the remaining 56.8 percent is explained by other variables outside the research.
