Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence promotion and price have on customer loyalty using GrabFood’s food delivery service. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive and associate methods. The population in this study were all Universitas Jambi’s student who actively use the GrabFood platform with a sample of 96 people. The data analysis technique is descriptive and inductive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that Promotions and Prices significantly together affect Consumer Loyalty in using food delivery services on GrabFood, Promotions partially have a significant effect on consumer loyalty in using GrabFood food delivery services and Prices partially have a significant effect on consumer loyalty in using GrabFood food delivery services.
