Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Secara Nasional, pada tahun 2022 terdapat 15.679.006 jiwa peserta Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) menunggak iuran, sedangkan di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kambi terdapat 228.181 jiwa peserta PBPU menunggak iuran. Banyaknya peserta yang menunggak dikarenakan ketidakpatuhan peserta Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) dalam membayar iuran. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepatuhan membayar iuran peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) di Kota Jambi tahun 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN) pekerja bukan penerima upah (PBPU) di Kota Jambi. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus lemeshow, yaitu sebanyak 106 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian di analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden patuh dalam membayar iuran (58,5%), memiliki pengetahuan baik (52,8%), memiliki jumlah anggota keluarga kecil (77,4%), metode pembayaran tunai (67,9%), ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan (p-value= 0,000), jumlah anggota keluarga (p-value= 0,000) dan metode pembayaran (p-value= 0,018) dengan tingkat kepatuhan membayar iuran peserta jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN) pekerja bukan penerima upah (PBPU) di Kota Jambi. Kesimpulan: Mayoritas responden patuh dalam membayar iuran, responden memiliki pengetahuan baik, jumlah anggota keluarga kecil dan menggunakan metode pembayaran tunai. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, jumlah anggota keluarga dan metode pembayaran dengan tingkat kepatuhan membayar iuran peserta jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN) pekerja bukan penerima upah (PBPU) di Kota Jambi. Kata kunci: Kepatuhan membayar iuran, PBPU, Kota Jambi ABSTRACT Background: Nationally, in 2022 there were 15,679,006 participants of Non-Recipient Workers (PBPU) in arrears of contributions, while in the BPJS Health Kambi Branch working area there were 228,181 PBPU participants in arrears of contributions. The number of participants in arrears is due to non-compliance of Non-Recipient Workers (PBPU) participants in paying contributions. So this study aims to determine the factors associated with the level of compliance with paying contributions for National Health Insurance (JKN) Non-Recipient Workers (PBPU) participants in Jambi City in 2023. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were participants in the national health insurance (JKN) for non-wage earners (PBPU) in Jambi City. Sample calculation using the lemeshow formula, which is 106 samples. The sampling technique used cluster Sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire, then analyzed univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test. Results: The results of this study showed that respondents were compliant in paying contributions (58.5%), had good knowledge (52.8%), had a small number of family members (77.4%), cash payment method (67.9%), there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.000), number of family members (p-value = 0.000) and payment method (p-value = 0.018) with the level of compliance in paying contributions for national health insurance (JKN) participants for non-wage earners (PBPU) in Jambi City. Conclusion: The majority of respondents were compliant in paying contributions, respondents had good knowledge, small number of family members and used cash payment methods. There is a relationship between knowledge, number of family members and payment method with the level of compliance with paying contributions for national health insurance (JKN) participants for non-wage earners (PBPU) in Jambi City.
