Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Posyandu cadres activism is a very important thing in improving the quality of posyandu services in order to health goals. Data for the year 2022 the activity of cadres in the Kapau Region of Agam district has been declining from the previous year. The decrease in the activity of these cadres can affect the quality and service provided. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence the activity of cadres in the implementation of posyandu activities. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Sampling technique is with a total sampling of 115 respondents. Data processing is done with univariat analysis and bivariat analysis Results: Results of data analysis in this study obtained significant results between the relationship of the activity of the frame with the family support factor (p value = 0.043), the factor of means and resources (p value = 0.003), the attitude factor (P value = 0.000), and the knowledge factor ( p value = 0,050) Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is the existence of the relationship between the support factor of the family, the means factor and resources factor, attitude factors, and knowledge factors with the activities of the posyandu frame existing in the Puskesmas Region of Kapau district of Agam Sumatera West. Advice: It is expected of Puskesmas to carry out training that is conducted in turn for each cadet, and to hold cadet meetings with cadets from other territories. To the head of the village in order to be able to make a special budget to supplement the needs of the posyandu such as facilities and prasarana. To the kader of the Posyandu is expected to follow the training carried out with the health officers and to play a more active role in the activities of the postyandu. Keywords: Active, Cadres, Factor, Posyandu ABSTRAK Pendahuluan : Keaktifan kader posyandu merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan posyandu guna mencapai target kesehatan. Data pada tahun 2022 keaktifan kader di Wilayah Kapau Kabupaten Agam mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya. Penurunan keaktifan kader ini dapat mempengaruhi mutu dan pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keaktifan kader dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan total sampling dengan jumlah responen 115 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat Hasil : Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang signifikan antara hubungan keaktifan kader dengan faktor dukungan keluarga (p value = 0.043), faktor sarana dan prasarana (p value = 0.003), faktor sikap (p value = 0.000), dan faktor pengetahuan (p value = 0.050) Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya hubungan antara faktor dukungan keluarga, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor sikap, dan faktor pengetahuan dengan keaktifan kader posyandu yang ada di Wilayah Puskesmas Kapau Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat. Saran: Diharapkan kepada Puskesmas untuk melakukan pelatihan yang dilakukan secara bergiliran untuk setiap anggota kader, dan melakukan pertemuan kader dengan kader dari wilayah lain. Kepada kepala desa agar dapat membuat anggaran khusus untuk melengkapi kebutuhan posyandu seperti sarana dan prasarana. Kepada kader posyandu diharapkan untuk mengikuti pelatihan yang dilaksanakan bersama petugas kesehatan dan berperan lebih aktif lagi dalam kegiatan posyandu.
