Faizal Chan, S.Pd., M.Si., (II) Violita Zahyuni, S.Pd., M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Project Based Learning, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) adalah suatu pembelajaran yang melibatkan proyek dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya model ini, peserta didik belajar melalui situasi dan setting pada masalah-masalah yang nyata atau kontekstual. PjBL dinilai sebagai solusi yang tepat ditengah pembelajaran yang masih konvensional karena lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA karena muatan IPA mengajarkan siswa dengan memberikan pengetahuan, ide, dan konsep tentang lingkungan alam, yang diperoleh dari pengalaman melalui serangkaian proses ilmiah, termasuk investigasi, persiapan dan ideasi. Ditengah keterbatasan waktu dan sarana pendukung, guru IPA SDN 13/I Muara Bulian telah menerapkan pembelajaran PjBL sebagai sebuah pembaruan dan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah belajar siswa. Penerapan PjBL dalam muatan IPA dinilai sebagai angin segar dalam menciptakan proses belajar interaktif dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada muatan IPA di kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar negeri 13/I Muara bulian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa analisis implementasi pembelajaran project-based learning dalam muatan IPA di kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13/I Muara Bulian yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas 5C dalam materi “Melihat karena Cahaya, Mendengar karena Bunyi” dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dan dilakukan dengan didasarkan pada lima langkah pembelajaran PjBL, yaitu Start with the Essential Question (memberikan pertanyaan pemantik untuk mengarahkan penemuan solusi), Design a Plan for the Project (merencanakan metode ajar, pembentukan kelompok dan persentase projek), Create a Schedule (mengatur target perkegiatan per pertemuan), Monitor the Students and the Progress of the Project (guru berperan sebagai pengawas, mentor, dan fasilitator), Assess the Outcome (penilaian dengan rubrik penilaian berdasarkan hasil projek, proses, dan perilaku siswa), dan Evaluate the Experience (Evaluasi dilakukan dengan tukar pendapat bersama siswa dan evaluasi diri). Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar sebagai guru terus menggali tentang perkembangan siswa, perkembangan dunia pendidikan, serta perkembangan teknologi untuk menciptakan keterbaruan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Keywords: Analysis, Project Based Learning, Natural Sciences The Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is a learning that involves projects in the learning process. With this model, students learn through situations and settings on real or contextual problems. PjBL is considered the right solution amidst conventional learning because it is more relevant to learning needs in science subjects because science content teaches students by providing knowledge, ideas and concepts about the natural environment, which are obtained from experience through a series of scientific processes, including investigation, preparation and ideation. Amid limited time and supporting facilities, the science teacher at SDN 13/I Muara Bulian has implemented PjBL learning as a reform and solution to overcome student learning problems. The application of PjBL in science content is considered a breath of fresh air in creating an interactive learning process and achieving learning goals. This research aims to describe the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) model learning on science content in class 5 of Muara Bulian State Elementary School 13/I. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the analysis of the implementation of project-based learning in science content in class 5 of Muara Bulian State Elementary School 13/I carried out by the class 5C teacher in the material "Seeing because of Light, Hearing because of Sound" can increase student learning activities and are carried out based on the five steps of PjBL learning, namely Start with the Essential Question (providing trigger questions to direct the discovery of solutions), Design a Plan for the Project (planning teaching methods, group formation and project percentages), Create a Schedule (set activity targets per meeting), Monitor the Students and the Progress of the Project (the teacher acts as supervisor, mentor and facilitator), Assess the Outcome (assessment with an assessment rubric based on project results, processes and student behavior), and Evaluate the Experience (Evaluation is carried out by exchanging opinions with students and self-evaluation). From the results of this research, it is recommended that teachers continue to explore student development, developments in the world of education, and technological developments to create innovation in the teaching and learning process.
