Abstract
Abstrak Latar Belakang : Kinerja perawat yang rendah berdampak pada penurunan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik individu, gaya kepemimpinan dan sikap terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Kota Jambi Tahun 2023. Metode : Penelitian cross sectional, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 43 perawat. Waktu penelitian Januari-November 2023 di RSUD H.Abdurrahman Sayoeti Kota Jambi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan univariate dan bivariat dengan uji chisquare. Hasil : dari 43 responden perawat yang memiliki kinerja baik sebesar (58,1%) sedangkan yang memiliki kinerja tidak baik adalah sebesar (41,9%). Variabel jenis kelamin, usia dan pendidikan tidak berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat sedangkan variabel masa kerja (0,000), kepemimpinan transformasional (0,001) dan sikap (0,027) berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD H Abdurrahman Sayoeti Kota Jambi. Faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat adalah masa kerja dimana perawat yang memiliki masa kerja lama (>3tahun) memiliki peluang 6,815 untuk memiliki kinerja yang baik dibandingkan dengan perawat yang memiliki masa kerja baru. Kesimpulan : Variabel masa kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan sikap berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD H.Abdurrahman Sayoeti Kota Jambi. Abstract Background: Low performance of nurses has an impact on reducing the quality of health services in hospitals. This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual characteristics, leadership style and attitudes on the performance of nurses at the H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Hospital, Jambi City in 2023. Method: Cross sectional research, with a research sample of 43 nurses. Research time January-November 2023 at H.Abdurrahman Sayoeti Regional Hospital, Jambi City. Analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate with the chisquare test. Results: Of the 43 respondents, nurses who had good performance were (58.1%) while those who had poor performance were (41.9%). The variables gender, age and education are not related to nurse performance, while the variables of length of service (0.000), transformational leadership (0.001) and attitude (0.027) are related to nurse performance at H Abdurrahman Sayoeti Regional Hospital, Jambi City. The most dominant factor that influences nurse performance is length of service where nurses who have a long service period (>3 years) have a 6.815 chance of having good performance compared to nurses who have a new work period. Conclusion: The variables of tenure, transformational leadership, and attitude are significantly related to the performance of nurses at H.Abdurrahman Sayoeti Hospital, Jambi City.
