Abstract

Nurse performance is the spearhead in the provision of health services, it is very important to maintain and improve standards of care. Judging from the data on individual nurse performance reports at the H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Hospital, Jambi City, there are individual nurse performance achievements that have not been realized according to the targets determined both in terms of Diagnosis, Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of Nurses and there is data that there are still many nurses who do not comply with the rules. , such as often being late and not recording attendance. Researchers aim to see the relationship between work motivation and discipline and nurse performance at H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Hospital, Jambi City in 2023. Kinerja perawat merupakan ujung tombak dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan, sangat penting untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan standar perawatan. Dilihat dari data laporan kinerja individu perawat di RSUD H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Kota Jambi terdapat capaian kinerja perawat secara individu belum terealisasi sesuai target yang ditentukan baik dari segi Diagnosis, Pengkajian, Perencanaan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi Perawat dan terdapat data masih banyaknya perawat yang tidak mematuhi aturan, seperti sering terlambat dan tidak melakukan pencatatan kehadiran. Peneliti bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Dengan Kinerja Perawat Di RSUD H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Kota Jambi Tahun 2023.
