Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Angka perokok remaja awal usia 13-15 tahun di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan yaitu tahun 2020 (28.69%) dan 2021 (28,96%). Pada tatanan sekolah masih banyak sekolah yang belum menerapkan KTR.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi penerapan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok pada tatanan sekolah di SMPN 7 Kota Jambi Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dilakukan pada SMP Negeri 7 Kota Jambi pada Agustus-November 2023. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 16 informan. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan FGD. Data dianalisis dengan content analysis. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDM telah memadai, telah adanya dana dalam implementasi KTR, ketersediaan sarana telah mendukung, kebijakan telah ada namun masih belum tersusun dengan detail dan spesifik. Perencanaan dan pengorganisasian telah tersusun dengan baik dan jelas, sosialisasi kebijakan KTR telah optimal melalui sosialisasi langsung dan melalui media cetak berupa stiker, poster, spanduk, papan pemberitahuan larangan merokok. Unsur ouput telah terpenuhi dimana tidak ditemukan perokok di lingkungan KTR, telah ada sanksi bagi yang melanggar KTR serta mendapatkan penghargaan Sekolah Sehat tingkat Nasional. Kesimpulan : Lesson learned dalam Implementasi KTR SMPN 7 Kota Jambi yaitu adanya pembentukan tim satgas dari tenaga pendidik dan organisasi duta anti rokok dalam pelaksanaan pengawas KTR, selain itu adanya penerapan sistem poin per pelanggaran dapat mengurangi pelanggaran KTR dan mendisiplinkan siswa Kata Kunci : Lesson Learned, Merokok, Kawasan Tanpa Rokok, Sekolah Menengah Pertama ABSTRACT Background: The number of early adolescent smokers aged 13-15 years in Indonesia continues to increase, namely in 2020 (28.69%) and 2021 (28.96%). In the school setting there are still many schools that have not implemented KTR. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the implementation of the No Smoking Area in the school setting at SMPN 7 Jambi City. Method: This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City in August-November 2023. The research subjects were 16 informants. Data were obtained by in-depth interviews, observations and FGDs. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results: The results showed that human resources were adequate, there was funding in the implementation of KTR, the availability of facilities was supportive, policies existed but were still not arranged in detail and specifically. Planning and organizing have been well and clearly arranged, the socialization of KTR policies has been optimal through direct socialization and through printed media in the form of stickers, posters, banners, smoking ban notice boards. The output element has been fulfilled where no smokers were found in the KTR environment, there have been sanctions for violating KTR and getting the National Healthy School award. Conclusion: Lesson learned in the Implementation of KTR SMPN 7 Jambi City is the formation of a task force team from educators and anti-smoking ambassador organizations in the implementation of KTR supervisors, in addition to the application of the point system.
