Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Abdul Aziz Afnur 2023, pengaruh latihan tendangan shooting dengan menggunakan kaki bagian dalam dan punggung kaki terhadap akurasi shooting ke gawang pada ssb siginjai u-16 Tahun 2023, Skripsi Program Studi Kepelatihan Olahraga, Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan , Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Jambi, Tahun 2023 Kata Kunci: Tendangan Kaki Bagian Dalam, Punggung Kaki, Shooting Latar belakang : pengaruh latihan shooting dengan kaki bagian dalam dan punggung kaki penuh terhadapketepatan shooting pada pemain SSB Siginjai U-16. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes menembakkan bola ke sasaran. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen yaitu memberikan variasi latihan shooting dengan kaki bagian dalam dan variasi latihan shooting dengan punggung kaki penuh terhadap ketepatan shooting ke gawang pemain SSB Siginjai U-16 tahun 2023. Analisis data sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, maka perlu dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba Terdapat pengaruh latihan tendangan menggunakan kaki dalam dan punggung kaku terhadap ketepatan shooting ke gawang pada pemain SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023. Kesimpulan (1) Terdapat pengaruh latihan tendangan menggunakan kaki dalam terhadap ketepatan shooting ke gawang pada pemain SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023. (2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan tendangan menggunakan punggung kaki penuh terhadap ketepatan shooting ke gawang pada pemain SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023, (3) Terdapat pengaruh latihan tendangan menggunakan punggung kaki penuh terhadap ketepatan shooting ke gawang pada pemain SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023 ABSTRACT Muhammad Abdul Aziz Afnur 2023, the effect of shooting kick training using the inside of the foot and the back of the foot on shooting accuracy at goal at SSB Siginjai U-16 in 2023, Thesis of the Sports Coaching Study Program, Department of Sports Education and Coaching, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Jambi University, 2023 Keywords: Inner Leg Kick, Instep, Shooting Background: the influence of shooting training with the inside of the foot and full instep on shooting accuracy in SSB Siginjai U-16 players. The test used in this research was a test of shooting a ball at a target. This research method was carried out using an experimental method, namely providing variations of shooting exercises with the inside of the foot and variations of shooting exercises with the full instep on shooting accuracy at the goal for SSB Siginjai U-16 players in 2023. Data analysis before hypothesis testing is carried out, it is necessary to carry out prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests. Based on the test results, there is an influence of kick training using the inside leg and a stiff back on the accuracy of shooting at goal in SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023 players. Conclusion (1) There is an influence of kick training using the inside of the foot on the accuracy of shooting at goal in SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023 players. (2) There is an influence of kick training using the full instep of the foot on shooting accuracy at goal in SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023 players. (3) There is an influence of kick training using the full instep on shooting accuracy at goal in SSB SIGINJAI U-16 2023 players
