Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi, investasi dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap kesempatan kerja di Provinsi Jambi. Pada penelitian ini akan dilihat bagaimana pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtun waktu dari tahun 2005-2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja, sementara inflasi dan investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja. Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Inflasi, Investasi, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Kesempatan Kerja This research aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, inflation, investment and human development index on employment opportunities in Jambi Province. In this research, we will see how each independent variable influences the dependent variable. This research uses time series data from 2005-2021. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that economic growth and the human development index have a positive and significant effect on employment opportunities, while inflation and investment do not have a significant effect on employment opportunities.
