Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Usaha Pada Industri Percetakan di Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi”. Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : 1) Karakteristik sosial dan ekonomi pengusaha pada industri percetakan di Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi, 2) Tingkat pendapatan bersih dan pendapatan kotor pada industri percetakan di Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi, 3)Pengaruh modal, tenaga kerja, lama usaha, variasi produk, dan pelatihan terhadap pendapatan usaha pada industri percetakan di Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder . Alat analisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan karakteristik sosial dan ekonomi, karakteristik sosial responden mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Rata-rata umur responden berusia 39 tahun. Mayoritas responden berstatus sudah menikah. Rata-rata jumlah tanggungan keluarga sebanyak 3 orang. Sedangkan karakteristik ekonomi responden yaitu rata-rata tenaga kerja sebanyak 7 orang. Rata-rata lama usaha yaitu 7 tahun. Rata-rata variasi produk sebanyak 13 unit/ dan mayoritas responden tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan, rata-rata modal awal sebesar Rp. 5.394.236 dan rata – rata pendapatan bersih Rp. 6.305.263 Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pendapatan kotor dan bersih responden dengan rata – rata pendapatan kotor sebesar Rp. 15.588.421. sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp. 6.305.263. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama – sama variabel independen modal, tenaga kerja, lama usaha, variasi produk, dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen pendapatan usaha pada industri percetakan. Secara parsial hanya variabel modal, tenaga kerja, dan pelatihan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha pada industri percetakan. Sedangkan variabel lama usaha, dan variabel variasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha pada industri percetakan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Lama Usaha, Variasi Produk, Pelatihan Abstract This research is entitled "Analysis of Factors that Influence Business Income in the Printing Industry in Telanaipura District, Jambi City". This research aims to determine and analyze: 1) The social and economic characteristics of entrepreneurs in the printing industry in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, 2) The level of net income and gross income in the printing industry in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, 3) The influence of capital, labor, time business, product variations, and training on business income in the printing industry in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool uses the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this research are based on social and economic characteristics, the majority of respondents' social characteristics are male. The average age of respondents is 39 years old. The majority of respondents are married. The average number of family dependents is 3 people. Meanwhile, the economic characteristics of respondents are an average workforce of 7 people. The average length of business is 7 years. The average product variety is 13 units/ and the majority of respondents have never attended training, the average initial capital is IDR. 5,394,236 and average net income Rp. 6,305,263 The research results are based on the gross and net income of respondents with an average gross income of Rp. 15,588,421. while the average net income is Rp. 6,305,263. The results of this research can be concluded that together the independent variables capital, labor, length of business, product variety and training have a significant effect on the dependent variable business income in the printing industry. Partially, only capital, labor and training variables have a significant effect on business income in the printing industry. Meanwhile, the length of business variable and the product variety variable do not have a significant effect on business income in the printing industry.
