Abstract

Penelitian telah dilakukan dengan penyusunan secara kaidah akademis serta dibimbing oleh Bapak Prof. Dr. H. Yulmardi, S.E., M.S dan Bapak Drs. Adi bhakti, M.Si. Judul penelitian ini adalah “Determinanan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Kabupaten Bungo Periode 2000-2022”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis. 1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Kabupaten Bungo periode 2000-2022, 2) kebijakan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Kabupaten Bungo periode 2000-2022. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif berupa data sekunder dengan alat analisa Regresi Linear Berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik dan dibantu menggunakan alat analisis software Evies 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan yang terjadi pada variabel idependen dan dependen serta hasil pada tahap pengujian yang dilakukan dalam peiode 2000-2022. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menjelaskan bahwa, hasil pengujian ini memberikan hasil data yang layak untuk digunakan. R-squared menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,492488 persen. Hasil regresi linear berganda menjelaskan bahwa, variabel Inflasi dan TPAK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Kabupaten Bungo, sedangkan variabel PDRB dan Upah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kabupaten Bungo. The research was carried out using academic principles and was guided by Prof. Dr. H. Yulmardi, SE, MS and Drs. Adi Bhakti, M.Sc. The title of this research is "Determinants of Open Unemployment Rates in Bungo Regency for the 2000-2022 Period". This research aims to analyze. 1) factors influencing the open unemployment rate in Bungo Regency for the 2000-2022 period, 2) policies implemented to reduce the open unemployment rate in Bungo Regency for the 2000-2022 period. The research method used in this research is quantitative and descriptive in the form of secondary data using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools and hypothesis testing using the Classical Assumption Test and assisted using the Evies 10 software analysis tool. The research results show the developments that occurred in the independent and dependent variables as well as the results of the testing phase carried out in the 2000-2022 period. The results of the classical assumption test explain that the results of this test provide data results that are suitable for use. R-squared shows a value of 0.492488 percent. The results of multiple linear regression explain that the variables Inflation and TPAK have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Bungo Regency, while the GRDP and Wage variables do not have a significant effect on the unemployment rate in Bungo Regency.
