Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pendapatan UMKM Jasa Di Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batanghari”. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dimana (1) untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan UMKM Jasa di kecamatan Pemayung ; (2) untuk merumuskan strategi apa saja yang dilakukan para pelaku UMKM Jasa di kecamatan Pemayung untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usahanya. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan model analisis SWOT Kuantitatif. Jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa variabel modal dan lama usaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Jasa di kecamatan pemayung. Dan untuk hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,860 atau 86 persen. Dapat diartikan bahwa 86 persen pendapatan UMKM Jasa di kecamatan pemayung dipengaruhi oleh Modal dan Lama Usaha sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14 persen dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian. Dan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan pendapatan UMKM Jasa di kecamatan pemayung adalah Strategi Agresif yang terpilih untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM Jasa di kecamatan Pemayung kabupaten Batanghari dengan menggunakan model Analisis SWOT. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Modal, Lama Usaha dan UMKM ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Income Analysis of Service MSMEs in Pemayung District, Batanghari Regency". This research is quantitative research with the research method used is the survey method. This study has the objective of (1) analyze the factors that influence the income of service MSMEs in Pemayung sub-district; (2) to formulate what strategies are carried out by service MSMEs in Pemayung sub-district to increase their business income. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis and a quantitative SWOT analysis model. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using library studies and field research consisting of interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In this research, research results were obtained which showed that the variables of capital and length of business had a significant effect on the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Services in Pemayung sub-district. And for the coefficient of determination results obtained an R2 value of 0.860 or 86 percent. It can be interpreted that 86 percent of the income of service MSMEs in Pemayung sub-district is influenced by capital and length of business, while the remaining 14 percent is influenced by other factors outside the research. And to formulate a strategy to increase the income of Service MSMEs in Pemayung sub-district, an Aggressive Strategy was chosen to increase the income of Service MSMEs in Pemayung sub-district, Batanghari district using the SWOT Analysis model.
