Abstract
This study aims to: 1.) To find out and analyze the Validity of the Authentic Deed against the Deed made electronically, 2.) To find out and analyze the Deed that was signed electronically. The main legal issue or legal issue to be investigated is the existence of a legal conflict between Article 15 paragraph (3) of Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 30 of 2004 concerning the position of a Notary and Article 18 Juncto Article 7 Juncto Article 5 paragraph (1) Juncto Article 5 paragraph (4) of Law 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 rning Information and Electronic Transactions. The problems studied in this concerning actions. study are: 1.) How is the application of the cyber notary concept based on the legislation? 2.) How is the validity of the deed made by a notary that is carried out electronically the era of in the era legal research i f the covid-19 pandemic?. The type of research used in this normative juridical law research. The approach used in this research is the Statute Approach and the Conceptual Approach. The legal materials include primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The analysis of the materials in this research is carried out by taking an inventory of all laws and regulations in accordance with the problems discussed, systemizing legislation related to the problem under study, and interpreting the legal materials as mentioned above with the problems that will be discussed in this thesis problem.
