Abstract

Koperasi adalah salah satu bentuk usaha berbadan hukum yang berdiri di Indonesia. Bentuk keberhasilan koperasi adalah perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) yang lebih baik setiap tahunnya. Koperasi dapat menambah modal sahamnya dengan SHU yaitu berupa dana cadangan yang disisihkan setiap hari pada akhir periode pelaporan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalannya. Dengan demikian apabila koperasi dapat meningkatkan jumlah SHU setiap tahunnya maka akan memperkuat struktur keuangannya. Peningkatan jumlah anggota koperasi tidak selalu menyebabkan peningkatan SHU koperasi. Jumlah sisa hasil usaha mengalami penurunan dalam beberapa tahun silam yakni pada tahun 2005 mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp932,253, tahun 2012 mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp 2.664.635, tahun 2016 mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp 720,922. Dengan demikian total SHU dapat naik dan turun tiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, data SHU termasuk jenis data time series. Metode analisis deret waktu atau time series yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah SHU yaitu metode Autoregresive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan metode ARIMA untuk memprediksi jumlah SHU Dinas Koperasi Provinsi Jambi. Data jumlah SHU di Dinas Koperasi Provinsi Jambi dari tahun 2001 sampai tahun 2021 merupakan data yang memiliki pola trend. Data tersebut perlu dilakukan stasioner dalam variansi maupun rata-rata. Setelah data stasioner selanjutnya dapat diidentifikasi beberapa model sementara yang memungkinkan yaitu ARIMA (1,2,1), ARIMA (1,2,0) dan ARIMA (0,2,1). Selanjutnya dilakukan estimasi parameter dan dilanjutkan pemeriksaan diagnostik. Beberapa model sementara didapatkan model terbaik yaitu ARIMA (0,2,1) dengan persamaan matematis yaitu Z_t=2Z_(t-1)-Z_(t-2)-μ+α_t-0,8886α_(t-1) didapatkan hasil prediksi SHU Dinas Koperasi Provinsi Jambi dari tahun 2001 sampai tahun 2021 dengan periode prediksi yaitu 9 tahun kedepan. Hasil prediksi jumlah SHU terus menurun dari tahun 2027 sampai tahun 2030. Hasil prediksi yang didapatkan pada tahun 2022 sebesar Rp 3.047.268, tahun 2023 sebesar Rp 3.028.021, tahun 2024 sebesar Rp 2.993.980, tahun 2025 sebesar Rp 2.945.715, tahun 2026 sebesar Rp 2.883.909, tahun 2027 sebesar 2.809.429, tahun 2028 sebesar Rp 2.723.303, tahun 2029 sebesar Rp 2.626.699, dan tahun 2030 sebesar Rp 2.520.829. Penurunan terbesar terjadi pada tahun 2030 yakni mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp.105,869. A cooperative is one of the forms of incorporated business established in Indonesia. The form of success of cooperatives is the acquisition of better Residual Operating Results (SHU) every year. Cooperatives can increase their share capital with SHU, which is in the form of a reserve fund set aside every day at the end of the reporting period to strengthen their capital structure. Thus, if the cooperative can increase the number of SHU each year, it will strengthen its financial structure. An increase in the number of cooperative members does not necessarily lead to an increase in cooperative SHU. The remaining number of operating results has decreased in the past few years, namely in 2005 decreased by Rp 932,253, in 2012 decreased by Rp 2,664,635, in 2016 decreased by Rp 720,922. Thus, the total SHU can go up and down every year. Therefore, SHU data belongs to the time series data type. The method of time series analysis or time series that can be used to predict the amount of SHU is the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method.. The purpose of this study is the application of the ARIMA method to predict the number of SHU of the Jambi Provincial Cooperative Office. Data on the number of SHU in the Jambi Provincial Cooperative Office from 2001 to 2021 is data that has a trend pattern. The data needs to be stationary in variance as well as average. After the stationary data, several possible temporary models can be identified, namely ARIMA (1,2,1), ARIMA (1,2,0) and ARIMA (0,2,1). Next, param e ter estimation is carried outand continued diagnostic examination. Some temporary models obtained the best model, namely ARIMA (0,2,1) with mathematical equations, namely:〖 Z〗_t=2Z_(t-1)-Z_(t-2)-μ+α_t-0,8886α_(t-1) obtained the prediction results of the Jambi Provincial Cooperative Office SHU from 2001 to 2021 with a prediction period of the next 9 years. The predicted number of SHU will continue to decline from 2027 to 2030. The prediction results obtained in 2022 are IDR 3.047.268, in 2023 it is IDR 3.028.021, in 2024 it is IDR 2.993.980, in 2025 it is IDR 2.945.715, in 2026 it is IDR 2.883.909, in 2027 it is IDR 2.809.429, in 2028 it is IDR 2.723.303, in 2029 it is IDR 2.626.699, and in 2030 it is IDR 2.520.829. The biggest decrease occurs in 2030, which is a decrease of IDR.105,869.
