Abstract

Latar Belakang : Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit tropis yang paling umum menyerang semua golongan usia dimana setiap 10 tahun, rata- rata kasus DBD terus bertumbuh. Tahun 2022, Puskesmas Paal Lima tercatat dengan kasus dan IR DBD tertinggi se-Kota Jambi, yakni IR 127,82 per 100.000 penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD dan memetakan sebaran kasus DBD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Paal Lima Kota Jambi. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control dengan perbandingan 1 kasus: 1 kontrol (33 kasus:33 kontrol). Sampel kasus diperoleh dari data kasus DBD pada periode Januari-Desember 2022 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Paal Lima dan sampel kontrol menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan seleksi neighborhood. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil : Terdapat hubungan antara peran kader jumantik (OR 3,200; 95%CI= 1,145-8,944) dengan kejadian DBD. Tidak ada hubungan antara praktik pelaksanaan PSN 3M (OR 4,348; 95%CI= 1,126-8,412), praktik pelaksanaan PSN Plus (OR 0,619 (95%CI=0,203-1,892), dan kepadatan hunian (OR 1,295; 95%CI= 0,315-5,322) dengan kejadian DBD. Kesimpulan : Peran kader Jumantik berhubungan terhadap kejadian DBD. Diharapakan Puskesmas dapat memaksimalkan surveilans kasus dan faktor risiko DBD melalui PJB dan meningkatkan kinerja peran kader Jumantik serta masyarakat dapat berperan aktif dan mandiri dalam melakukan PSN 3M Plus maupun pemeriksaan jentik. Background : Dengue fever (DHF) is one of the most common tropical diseases affecting all age groups where every 10 years, the average DHF cases continue to grow. In 2022, Paal Lima Health Center was recorded with the highest case dan IR of DHF in Jambi City, with an IR of 127,82 by 100.000 population. It is caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of DHF and map the distribution of DHF cases in the working area of Paal Lima Health Center Jambi City. Methods : This study used a case-control design with a ratio of 1 case:1 control (33 cases:33 controls). Case samples were obtained from data on DHF cases in the January-December 2022 period in the Paal Lima Health Center working area, and control samples were using simple random sampling techniques with neighborhood selection. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results : There is a relationship between the role of Jumantik cadres (OR 3.200; 95%CI=1.145-8.944) and the incidence of DHF. There was no association between the practice of implementing PSN 3M (OR 4.348; 95%CI= 1.126-8.412), practice of implementing PSN Plus (OR 0,619 (95%CI=0,203-1,892), and occupancy density (OR 1.295; 95%CI= 0.315-5.322) with the incidence of DHF. Conclusion : The role of Jumantik cadres is related to the incidence of DHF. It is expected that the Health Center can maximize surveillance of cases and risk factors for DHF through PJB and improve the performance of the role of Jumantik cadres.
