Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan dan menguji kompensasi dan komitmen pada kinerja pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Jambi. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan disini ialah metode analisis kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan data yang dipergunakan melalui observasi, kuesioner, serta dokumentasi. Di penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi serta sampel keseluruhan pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Jambi sejumlah 81 orang. Penelitian ini mempergunakan teknik sampling jenuh, teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan di penelitian ini yakni analisis deskriptif rentang skala serta analisis linier berganda, dengan mempergunakan software SPSS 21. Temuan analisis statistik menjelaskan bahwasanya secara persial kompensasi (X1) ada pengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja pegawai. Secara persial komitmen (X2) ada pengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja pegawai. Dan secara simultan kompensasi dan komitmen secara bersamaan memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sehingga disimpulkan dari temuan penelitian ini yakni kenaikan kinerja pegawai tidak terlepas dari kompensasi (kompensasi langsung serta tidak langsung) dan komitmen terutama dalam pekerjaan itu sendiri (affective commitment, continue commitment, dan normatif commitment), dengan tingginya kompensasi dan komitmen maka akan lebih mudah untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Komitmen, Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACT This research aims to describe and examine compensation and commitment to employee performance at the Jambi Class I TPI Immigration Office. The method of analysis used here is quantitative analysis method, data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires, also documentation. In this research, the population and the overall sample of employees of the Jambi TPI Class I Immigration Office were 81 people. This research uses saturated sampling techniques, the data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis of the scale range and multiple linear analysis, using SPSS 21 software. The findings of statistical analysis explain that partially compensation (X1) has a positive significant influence on employee performance. Personally commitment (X2) has a positive significant influence on employee performance. And simultaneously compensation and commitment simultaneously influence employee performance. So it is concluded from the findings of this study that the increase in employee performance is inseparable from compensation (direct and indirect compensation) and commitment, especially in the job itself (affective commitment, continuing commitment, and normative commitment), with high compensation and commitment it will be easier to improve employee performance.
