Abstract

The objectie of research was to know farmers' replanting rubber model in Batanghari Regencv. Research was conducted in Batanghari Regency in2012. Research used secondary data of time series from 2005 * 2011. To answer research problem was used farmers replanting rubber rnodel containing from replanting condition planted and searching farmers replanting rubber model, after considering the available variable existing and government policy variable. Research found that : (a) significant anf positif effects in long-term to replanting for varying expected price, (b) small, negative effect and not significant to present price, and (c) signiflcant, positif subsidizing eff-ects that designing to exchange old plant to hybrid plant. Yarying of old plant acreage effect suggested that good formulation, from new regression was needed but the effect founded in age of 40*, the variable was unstable. As suggested this effect rnay be caused by the acreage of plant and the consentration in small atea. Keywords : replanting motlel, farmers rubber plant, ruhher replanting progld.m.
