Abstract

Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Pembiasaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembiasaan yang dilakukan guru dalam mengimplementasikan nilai profil pelajar pancasila beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia di kelas IV A di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 80/I Muara Bulian. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 80/I Muara Bulian Kecamatan Muara Bulian Kabupaten Batanghari dengan subjek yang dituju adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap implementasi melalui kegiatan proyek telah diimplementasikan sejalan dengan yang tercantum dalam kemendikbud, 2022, yaitu mulai dari memahami proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, menyiapkan ekosistem sekolah, membanderol proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, memimpin proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, mengolah asesmen dan melaporkan hasil proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, hingga evaluasi dan tindak lanjut proyek penguatan profil Pelajar Pancasila. Implementasi profil pelajar pancasila diterapkan dengan baik melalui pembiasaan rutin dan pembiasaan spontan. Pembiasaan yang dilakukan mampu menumbuhkan karakter peserta didik yang religius dan berakhlak mulia hal ini sejalan dengan karakteristik utama profil pelajar pancasila. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, untuk kegiatan yang sudah terlaksana, warga sekolah diharapkan dapat menjaga keterlaksanan berbagai kegiatan tersebut. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memiliki manfaat bagi penelitian selanjutnya. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was carried out at State Elementary School 80/I Muara Bulian, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency with the target subjects being the school principal, teachers and students. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and document study. The results of the research show that the implementation phase through project activities has been implemented in line with what is stated in the Ministry of Education and Culture, 2022, namely starting from understanding the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, preparing the school ecosystem, designing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, leading the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, processing assessments and reporting the results of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, to the evaluation and follow-up of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The implementation of the Pancasila student profile is implemented well through routine and spontaneous habits. The habituation carried out is able to develop students' character who is religious and has noble character. This is in line with the main characteristics of the Pancasila student profile. From the research results obtained, for the activities that have been carried out, the school community is expected to be able to maintain the implementation of these various activities. It is hoped that the results of this research can have benefits for further research.
