Abstract

ABSTRAK AULIA JUSTISIA. Analisis Kontribusi Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Rakyat Terhadap Perekonomian Kabupaten Muaro Jambi (Ditinjau dari Aspek Luas Lahan dan Produksi). Dibimbing oleh Ir. Yusma Damayanti, M.Si selaku Dosen Pembimbing I dan Bapak Dr. Endy Effran, SP, M.Si selaku Dosen Pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mendeskripsikan perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, (2) Menganalisis tingkat status perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat pada perekonomian di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, (3) Menganalis peranan dan kontribusi subsektor perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat dalam menggerakkan perekonomian wilayah di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yang ditinjau dari aspek luas lahan dan produksi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dalam bentuk data tahunan (time series) mulai tahun 2011-2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Location Qoutient (LQ), analisis Tipologi Klassen, analisis Kontribusi, dan analisis Shift-Share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kelapa sawit rakyat merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan rakyat yang mendominasi sebagian besar luas lahan dan produksi yang ada di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, (2) Selama periode penelitian dari tahun 2011-2021 komoditas kelapa sawit rakyat merupakan sektor basis ditujukkan dengan nilai LQ>1 dimana untuk luas lahan memiliki nilai LQ 1,8 dan nilai LQ 1,3 untuk produksi. Berdasarkan laju pertumbuhan dan kontribusi aspek luas lahan dan produksi merupakan sektor potensial dengan laju pertumbuhan kepala sawit rakyat di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi > laju pertumbuhan kelapa sawit rakyat di Provinsi Jambi dan kontribusi kelapa sawit rakyat di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi > kontribusi kelapa sawit rakyat di Provinsi Jambi, (3) Hasil analisis kontribusi rata-rata luas lahan sebesar 64,2 % dan kontribusi rata-rata produksi sebesar 87,5%. Nilai RPs dan RPr adalah 1,01 dan 2,80 untuk aspek luas lahan dan Nilai RPs dan RPr adalah -5,22 dan 1,13 untuk aspek produksi. Hal ini mengidikasi bahwa perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat Jambi memiliki kontribusi yang dominan terhadap perekonomian di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Analysis of the Contribution of Independent Palm Oil Plantations to the Economy of Muaro Jambi Regency (Viewed from the Land Area and Production Aspects). Supervised by Ir. Yusma Damayanti, M.Si as Supervisor I and Mr. Dr. Endy Effran, SP, M.Si as Supervisor II. This research aims to: (1) Describe independent oil palm plantations in Muaro Jambi Regency, (2) Analyze the level of status of independent oil palm plantations in the economy in Muaro Jambi Regency, (3) Analyze the role and contribution of the independent oil palm plantation subsector in driving the economy areas in Muaro Jambi Regency in terms of land area and production aspects. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual data (time series) starting from 2011-2021. The analytical methods used are Location Qoutient (LQ) analysis, Klassen Typology analysis, Contribution analysis, and Shift-Share analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) Independent oil palm is one of the independent plantation commodities which dominates most of the land area and production in Muaro Jambi Regency, (2) During the research period from 2011-2021 the independent oil palm commodity is the base sector indicated by an LQ value>1 where for land area it has an LQ value of 1.8 and an LQ value of 1.3 for production. Based on the growth rate and contribution aspects of land area and production, it is a potential sector with the growth rate of independent oil palm in Muaro Jambi Regency > the growth rate of independent oil palm in Jambi Province and the contribution of independent oil palm in Muaro Jambi Regency > the contribution of independent oil palm in Jambi Province, (3) The results of the analysis of the average contribution of land area are 64.2% and the average contribution of production is 87.5%. The RPs and RPr values are 1.01 and 2.80 for the land area aspect and the RPs and RPr values are -5.22 and 1.13 for the production aspect. This indicates that Jambi's independent oil palm plantations have a dominant contribution to the economy in Muaro Jambi Regency.
