Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, prognosis kanker payudara meningkat secara signifikan dari waktu ke waktu. Saat ini tingkat kelangsungan hidup 5 tahun berada di kisaran 90%, dan kelangsungan hidup 10 tahun sekitar 80%. Menurunnya angka kelangsungan hidup penderita kanker payudara karena ditemukan pada stadium lanjut disebabkan oleh deteksi dini yang terlambat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelangsungan hidup pasien kanker payudara pada wanita di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi tahun 2017-2019. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kohort retrospektif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 - Januari 2024. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang bersifat sekunder yakni data rekam medik pasien kanker payudara yang di diagnosis tahun 2017-2019 di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi dengan sampel berjumlah 95 pasien. Hasil: Kelangsungan hidup 4 tahun pasien kanker payudara di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi tahun 2017-2019 adalah 72%. Kelangsungan hidup tertinggi berada pada pasien usia <50 tahun (73%), pasien pendidikan tinggi (84%), pasien yag bekerja (86%), pasien yang memiliki pasangan (76%), pasien stadium awal (82%), pasien dengan ukuran tumor <5 cm (80%), pasien yang tidak metastasis (82%), pasien yang tidak ada nyeri dan nyeri ringan (93%), pasien dengan grade baik dan sedang (89%), dan pasien dengan pengobatan pemedahan+kemoterapi dan kemoterapi+terapi hormone adalah (78%). Kesimpulan: Pada variabel status pernikahan, stadium klinis, ukuran tumor, riwayat metastasis, status nyeri, grade, dan pengobatan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kelangsungan hidup dengan menunjukkan hasil signifikan secara statistic (p<0,05). The reduced survival rate for breast cancer sufferers because discovered at advanced stage is caused by late early detection. The research aims to determine the survival of breast cancer patients at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi in 2017-2019. Method: The type of research used a quantitative method with a retrospective cohort research design carried out in December 2023-January 2024. The data used is secondary data, namely medical record data of breast cancer patients who were diagnosed in 2017-2019 at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi with The sample consisted of 95 patients. Results: The 4-year survival of breast cancer patients at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi in 2017-2019 was 72%. The highest survival was in patients aged <50 years (73%), patients with higher education (84%), patients who worked (86%), patients who had a partner (76%), early stage patients (82%), patients with tumor size <5 cm (80%), patients without metastase (82%), patients with no pain and mild pain (93%), patients with good and moderate grade (89%), and patients with surgery + chemotherapy and chemotherapy + hormone therapy is (78%). Conclusion: In the variables of marital status, clinical stage, tumor size, history of metastases, pain status, grade, and treatment there were differences in average survival showing statistically significant results (p<0,05).
