Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen rantai pasok Belibis Coffee di Desa Giri Mulyo, Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara dengan responden petani kopi, pihak Belibis Coffee, dan 15 orang konsumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis snowball, dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok Belibis Coffee di Desa Giri Mulyo Kabupaten Kerinci memiliki 3 pelaku aliran rantai pasok yaitu supplier (petani kopi), produsen (Belibis Coffee), dan konsumen. Ada 3 aliran rantai pasok yaitu aliran barang, aliran finansial, dan aliran informasi. Ada 4 faktor Pendukung manajemen rantai pasok di Belibis Coffee yaitu saling menjaga hubungan antara pelaku rantai pasok, dukungan media sosial, teknologi berupa alat dan mesin, dan modal. Ada 4 faktor penghambat manajemen rantai pasok di Belibis Coffee yaitu kekurangan bahan baku, kekurangan tenaga kerja, lama proses pengeringan, dan lokasi pengeringan jauh dari rumah industri. This research the Supply Chain Management of Belibis Coffee in Giri Mulyo Village, Kerinci Regency.The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from observations and interviews with coffee farmer respondents, Belibis Coffee, and 15 consumers. Data were analyzed using the snowball analysis method, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The research result show that the Belibis Coffee Supply Chain in Giri Mulyo Village, Kerinci Regency has 3 supply chain actors, namely suppliers (coffee farmers), producers (Belibis Coffee), and consumers. There are 3 supply chain flows, namely the flow of goods, financial flow, and information flow. There are 4bsupporting factors in supply chain management at Belibis Coffee, namely maintaining manual relationships between supply chain actors, social media support, technology in the from of tools and machines, and capital. There are 4 inhibiting supply chain management at Belibis Coffee, namely shortage of raw materials, shortage of labor, long drying process, and drying location far from industrial premises.
