Abstract
The judiciary who represent the main face of law enforcement to uphold human rights required to be able to bring the rule of law, justice, social expediency and social empowerment through its decisions. The failure of the judiciary in realizing the goal of law has encouraged the growing distrust of the judiciary. The emergence of the criticism against the existence of the judiciary is not because justice can not be optimally providing protec- tion against human rights. The court ruling is expected to restore the disturbed balance of society can not be met. The issue of mob justice, justice can be bought, said-this expression is a reaction of the sense of justice is torn because of the workings of the judiciary who are not professional. To get to the ideals of the court as the enforce- ment of human rights, the court must always prioritize the dimensions of justice and human rights protection in every decision he made. Their dimensions of justice and protection of human rights is a manifestation of the workings of the judiciary, will be closer judicial institutions as public protector.
