Abstract

Abstrak Kecerdasan interpersonal merupakan kemampuan seseorang berhubungan dengan orang-orang di sekitarnya sehingga dia bisa merasakan secara emosional. Kecerdasan ini meliputi kepekaan pada ekspresi wajah, suara, gerak isyarat, kemampuan membedakan berbagai macam tanda interpersonal dan kemampuan menanggapi secara efektif tanda tersebut dengan tindakan pragmatis tertentu (misalnya, memengaruhi sekelompok orang untuk melakukan tindakan tertentu). Dari hasil observasi awal yang peneliti lakukan terhadap siswa Kelompok B di TK Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir dengan jumlah peserta didik di tiga kelas sebanyak 41 orang, 16 orang diantaranya atau sebesar 39%, dapat diidentifikasi belum berkembang secara maksimal. Dari permasalahan tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan menerapkan metode bercakap-cakap, dengan harapan dapat memperbaiki masalah tersebut. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini antara lain Bagaimana perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal melalui metode bercakap-cakap di TK Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal melalui metode metode bercakap-cakap di TK Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus. Siklus pertama dan siklus kedua. Siklus pertama terdiri dari 5 kali pertemuan dan penilaian lalu kemudian diambil rata-ratanya. Hasil rata-rata kecerdasan interpersonal siklus I ini akan dibandingkan dengan hasil interpersonal awal siswa. Jika dirasa hasil siklus I ini kurang menyakinkan maka dilajutkan pada siklus II. Siklus II terdiri atas 5 kali pertemuan dan diambil rata-ratanya. Nilai rata-rata siklus II ini dibandingkan dengan nilai interpersonal awal dan interpersonal siklus I. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal anak Kelompok B TK Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode proyek. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari peningkatkan persentase kecerdasan interpersonal anak sebelum tindakan sebesar 46,6% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,97% menjadi 51,57% dan pelaksanaan Siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 28,96% menjadi 80,53%. Disarankan Guru dapat membimbing anak-anak dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bercakap-cakap sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan metode bercakap-cakap yang sudah ditentukan. Untuk memperlancar kegiatan sebaiknya guru memberikan pengarahan kepada anak sebelum pembagian kelompok agar anak dapat menerima pembagian kelompok atau teman satu kelompok. Pemberian penguatan seperti pemberian reward juga perlu diberikan untuk meningkatkan dan menumbuhkan semangat anak. Kata kunci: Metode Bercakap-cakap. Abstract Interpersonal intelligence is a person's ability to relate to the people around them so that they can feel emotionally. This intelligence includes sensitivity to facial expressions, voices, gestures, the ability to distinguish various kinds of interpersonal signs and the ability to respond effectively to these signs with certain pragmatic actions (for example, influencing a group of people to take certain actions). From the results of initial observations conducted by researchers on Group B students at TK Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir with a total of 41 students in three classes, 16 of them or 39%, can be identified as not maximally developed. From these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research by applying the conversation method, with the hope of fixing the problem. The formulation of the problem of this research includes How is the development of interpersonal intelligence through the method of conversation in kindergarten Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir? This study aims to determine the development of interpersonal intelligence through the method of conversation method in kindergarten Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research consisted of 2 cycles. The first cycle and the second cycle. The first cycle consisted of 5 meetings and assessments and then the average was taken. The average results of interpersonal intelligence cycle I will be compared with the initial interpersonal results of students. If it is deemed that the results of cycle I are not convincing enough, it will be continued in cycle II. Cycle II consists of 5 meetings and the average is taken. The average value of cycle II is compared with the initial interpersonal value and cycle I interpersonal. From the results of the study obtained information that Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the interpersonal intelligence of Group B children of TK Pembina Pasar Rantau Panjang Tabir can be improved through the project method. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of children's interpersonal intelligence before the action of 46.6% increased by 4.97% to 51.57% and the implementation of Cycle II increased by 28.96% to 80.53%. It is recommended that teachers can guide children in carrying out conversation activities in accordance with the steps of implementing the conversation method that has been determined. To expedite the activity, the teacher should provide direction to the children before group division so that the children can accept the division of groups or group mates.
