Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan pola komunikasi multi arah pendamping Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Dalam Negeri (KPwDN) Provinsi Jambi terhadap KUBE Mega Buana. (2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengembangan usaha turunan nanas KUBE Mega Buana. (3) Untuk menganalisis hubungan pola komunikasi multi arah pendamping Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Dalam Negeri (KPwDN) Provinsi Jambi dalam mengembangkan usaha turunan nanas di KUBE Mega Buana. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (Purpossive) pada KUBE Mega Buana Desa Tangkit Baru Kecamatan Sungai Gelam. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel seluruhnya sebanyak 30 sampel. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan metode Rank Spearman. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Pola komunikasi multi arah pendamping Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Dalam Negeri (KPwDN) Provinsi Jambi terhadap anggota KUBE Mega Buana dengan beberapa elemen yang tergolong tinggi terdiri dari isi pesan sebesar 74,00%, frekuensi sebesar 74,40% dan arah komunikasi sebesar 73,91%. 2) Pengembangan usaha turunan nanaspada anggota KUBE Mega Buana tergolong seluruhnya memiliki kategori tinggi dengan presentase pada tahap inisiasi sebesar 71,53%, tahap elaborasi, 75,08%, tahap monetisasi, 76,67% dan pada tahap keberlanjutan & inovasi sebesar 73,22%. 3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan nyata dan signifikan antara pola komunikasi multi arah pendamping Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Dalam Negeri (KPwDN) Provinsi Jambi elemen isi pesan, frekuensi dan arah komunikasi dalam mengembangkan usaha turunan nanas di KUBE Mega Buana. Kata Kunci : Pola Komunikasi Multi Arah, Pengembangan Usaha, KUBE Mega Buana ABSTRACT This research aims to: 1) Describe the multi directional communication patterns of the Bank Indonesia Domestic Representation Office (KPwDN) of Jambi Province towards the Mega Buana Farmers Group (KUBE) (2) Determine the level of development of pineapple derivative businesses within the Mega Buana Farmers Group (KUBE). (3) Analyze the relationship between the multi-directional communication patterns of the Bank Indonesia Domestic Representation Office (KPwDN) of Jambi Province in developing pineapple derivative businesses within the Mega Buana Farmers Group (KUBE). The research location was purposively selected at the Mega Buana Farmers Group in Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam District. The sampling method employed in this study was saturated sampling with a total of 30 samples. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and correlation analysis was performed using the Spearman Rank method. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) The multi-directional communication patterns of the Bank Indonesia Domestic Representation Office (KPwDN) of Jambi Province towards the members of the Mega Buana Farmers Group exhibit several elements classified as high, consisting of message content at 74.00%, frequency at 74.40%, and communication direction at 73.91%. 2) The development of pineapple derivative businesses among the members of the Mega Buana Farmers Group is generally categorized as high, with percentages in the initiation stage at 71.53%, elaboration stage at 75.08%, monetization stage at 76.67%, and sustainability & innovation stage at 73.22%. 3) Based on the Spearman rank correlation analysis, it is evident that there is a significant and meaningful relationship between the multi directional communication patterns of the Bank Indonesia Domestic Representation Office (KPwDN) of Jambi Province, including message content, frequency, and communication direction, in developing pineapple derivative businesses within the Mega Buana Farmers Group (KUBE).
