Abstract
The needs of the 21st century now require in-depth knowledge (cognitive) skills in the context of life regarding a problem, event. This 21st century innovative learning focuses more on life and career skills, innovation and learning skills, and information, media and ICT skills that must be possessed. With technology, it is hoped that it will be able to motivate students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the development method, feasibility, teacher assessment, student ability level and student response to interactive STEM-based learning media using google sites web oriented to high school students' critical thinking skills on atomic structure material that has been developed. This study is a development research by applying the Lee & Owens development model. The research instruments used were interview sheets and questionnaires. The results of product development were validated by material experts and media experts. After that, the media was assessed by the teacher and tested in one-to-one trials and small group trials. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative data analysis (comments and suggestions) and quantitative data analysis (assessment scores). The results of this study obtained the results of the feasibility of material experts of 4.6 (very feasible), media experts of 4.56 (very feasible), teacher assessments of 4.5 (very feasible), one-to-one tests had a percentage of 87.69%, and student responses had a percentage of 88.92% with a very good category.
