Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perilaku harga daging sapi selama bulan puasa di pasar tradisional pada berbagai periode Covid-19 di beberapa kota di Provinsi Riau, untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku harga daging sapi selama bulan puasa pada berbagai periode Covid-19 di beberapa kota di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan analisis data sekunder. Data yang didapatkan berupa data sekunder meliputi, data harian harga daging sapi pada bulan puasa periode dari tahun 2019- 2023 dari awal bulan puasa dan akhir bulan puasa. Perilaku harga daging sapi selama bualan puasa di pasar tradisional pada periode sebelum, awal, masa, akhir, dan pasca Covid-19 di beberapa kota di Provinsi Riau yaitu koefisien variasi (KV) < 9%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga daging sapi berfluktasi rendah. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Kruskal Wallis, hasil yang diperoleh signifikan pada taraf 5% (P<0,05). Uji lanjut menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney, hasil yang diperoleh signifikan pada taraf 5% (P<0,05), tetapi ada perbandingan periode waktu yang hasilnya tidak signifikan pada taraf 5% (P>0,05). Berdasarkan data dapat disimpulkan perilaku harga daging sapi selama bulan puasa di pasar tradisional di beberapa kota di Provinsi Riau berfluktasi rendah. Uji statistik (Uji Kruskal Wallis) harga daging sapi selama bulan puasa di pasar tradisional Provinsi Riau pada seluruh periode berbeda. Uji statistik (Uji Mann Whitney) harga daging sapi selama bulan puasa di pasar tradisional Provinsi Riau hampir berbeda pada seluruh periode. Pada perbandingan masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan pasca pandemi Covid-19 tidak dapat perbedaan. The aim of this research is to determine the behavior of beef prices during the fasting month in traditional markets during various Covid-19 periods in several cities in Riau Province, to determine differences in beef price behavior during the fasting month in various Covid-19 periods in several cities in the Province. Riau. This research uses a survey method using secondary data analysis. The data obtained in the form of secondary data includes daily data on beef prices during the fasting month for the period 2019-2023 from the beginning of the fasting month and the end of the fasting month. The behavior of beef prices during fasting in traditional markets in the pre, early, post-Covid-19 and post-Covid-19 periods in several cities in Riau Province, namely the coefficient of variation (CV) < 9%, this shows that beef prices fluctuate low . Data were analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis Test, the results obtained were significant at the 5% level (P<0.05). Further testing used the Mann Whitney Test, the results obtained were significant at the 5% level (P<0.05), but there was a comparison of time periods where the results were not significant at the 5% level (P>0.05). Based on the data, it can be concluded the behavior of beef prices during the month fasting in traditional markets in several cities in Riau Province fluctuates low. Statistical test (Kruskal Wallis Test) of beef prices during the fasting month in traditional markets in Riau Province in all different periods. Statistical test (Mann Whitney Test) of beef prices during the fasting month in traditional markets in Riau Province is almost different in all periods. When comparing the Covid-19 pandemic period with the post-Covid-19 pandemic, there is no difference.
