Abstract

Latar belakang: ASI merupakan makanan bayi yang wajib dikonsumsi selama 0-6 bulan tanpa ada tambahan apapun. Prevalensi ASI eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tempino pada tahun 2022 sebesar 4,0%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ASI Eksklusif yang berada di Puskesmas Tempino belum mencapai target nasional yaitu 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tempino Tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain case control dengan jumlah sampel 40 yang terdiri dari 10 responden kasus dan 30 responden kontrol dengan perbandingan 1:3 diambil menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square Hasil: Ada hubungan dukungan emosional (p-value 0,028), dukungan penghargaan (p-value 0,009). dukungan informasional (p-value 0,009), dukungan instrumental (p-value 0,026) dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kesimpulan: Dukungan Keluarga yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi adalah dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan informasional, dukungan instrumental. Diharapkan kepada pihak Puskesmas Tempino untuk dapat menjadikan hasil penelitian ini sebagai masukan bagi pemegang program agar lebih memperhatikan dukungan keluarga dalam hal pemberian ASI secara eksklusif pada bayi. Kata Kunci: Dukungan keluarga, Pemberian ASI eksklusif ABSTRACT Background: Breast milk is an infant food that must be consumed for 0-6 months without any additives. The prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding in the Tempino Health Center Working Area in 2022 was 4.0%. This proves that exclusive breastfeeding in Tempino Health Center has not reached the national target of 80%. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding in the Tempino Health Center working area in 2024. Methods: This study is a quantitative study using a case control design with a total sample of 40 consisting of 10 case respondents and 30 control respondents with a ratio of 1: 3 taken using the Total Sampling technique. Conclusion: Family support associated with exclusive breastfeeding in infants is emotional support, appreciation support, informational support, instrumental support. It is hoped that the Tempino Health Center can make the results of this study as input for program holders to pay more attention to family support in terms of exclusive breastfeeding for infants.
