Abstract

ABSTRAK Hubungan antara orang tua dan anak akan berpengaruh hingga dewasa. Pada saat remajam, mereka akan mengalami masa peralihan dan lingkungan sekitar akan sangat mempengaruhi perilaku remaja. Keluarga dan peran ayah memiliki peranan penting dalam mengasuh dan mendidik anak untuk mengurangi terjadinya kenakalan remaja, salah satu bentuknya yaitu prostitusi online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran peran ayah pada remaja yang melakukan prostitusi online di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Kriteria partisipan penelitian ini yaitu remaja perempuan yang berusia 11-20 tahun, dan pernah melakukan prostitusi online.Gambaran peran ayah pada partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah economic provider (terpenuhi, dan kurang terpenuhi), caregiver, kurangnya kehadiran ayah, kontak dan interaksi dengan anak, pemberian harapan, protector, serta monitor and disciplinary. Partisipan telah memberikan gambaran peran ayah yang dialaminya. Terdapat perubahan peran ayah yang dirasakan oleh partisipan saat sebelum dan setelah melakukan prostitusi online. Kata kunci: Peran Ayah, Remaja, Prostitusi Online ABSTRACT The relationship between parents and children will be influential into adulthood. During adolescence, they will experience a transitional period and the surrounding environment will greatly affect adolescent behavior. Family and the role of fathers have an important role in nurturing and educating children to reduce the occurrence of juvenile delinquency, one form of which is online prostitution. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the father’s role in adolescents who engage in online prostitution in Jambi City. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques with interviews and observations. Data analysis used Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The criteria for the participants of this research are adolescent girls aged 11-20 years, and have experienced online prostitution. The description of the father's role in the participants in this research is economic provider, caregiver, the absence of the father, contact and interaction with the child, giving hope, protector, and monitor and disciplinary. Participants have described the role of the father they experienced. There are changes in the role of fathers felt by participants before and after engaging in online prostitution.
