Abstract

The medical profession is a noble and noble profession, it is related to human life, doctors are intermediaries for the healing of every patient they treat, the way doctors interact with patients, of course there can be ethical conflicts that need to be resolved. Handling emergency patients is one of the main things for a doctor, the steps in his actions must prioritize the safety of the patient's life in accordance with the Indonesian Medical Code of Ethics Article 17 concerning Emergency Aid and every hospital is required to have a room that is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 47 of 2018 Emergency Services However, it cannot be denied that not all hospitals in Indonesia have emergency installations that meet standards, this could be because these hospitals are not type A hospitals located in big cities, but rather hospitals that are only located in small areas in Indonesia.
