Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja pria di Indonesia khususnya remaja pria telah menjadi isu yang perlu diatasi yang cenderung dilakukan pada usia yang lebih muda. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan usia pertama melakukan hubungan seksual pada remaja pria (15-24 tahun) di Indonesia tahun 2017. Metode: Penelitian merupakan secondary data analysis dari penelitian Cross Sectional dan jumlah sampel 956 remaja pria. Variabel dependen yaitu usia pertama melakukan hubungan seksual. Variabel independen yaitu tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, status ekonomi keluarga, tempat tinggal, keterpaparan media internet, dan teman berperilaku berisiko. Analisis bivariate uji Complex Samples uji Chi Square pada α 5%. Hasil: Remaja pria 17 tahun merupakan umur tertinggi yang melakukan hubungan seksual pertama kali. Sebanyak 80,6% remaja pria di Indonesia melakukan hubungan seksual pertama pada usia <20 tahun. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan usia pertama melakukan hubungan seksual ialah pendidikan (PR=1,082; 95% CI:1,008-1,162) dan status pekerjaan (PR= 1,009; 95% CI: 1,024-1,180). Faktor yang tidak berhubungan yaitu pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, status ekonomi keluarga, tempat tinggal, keterpaparan media internet, dan teman berperilaku berisiko. Kesimpulan: Pendidikan rendah, dan remaja telah bekerja merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan usia pertama melakukan hubungan seksual pranikah pada usia <20 tahun pada remaja pria di Indonesia. Background: Premarital sexual behavior in male adolescents in Indonesia, especially male adolescents, has become an issue that needs to be addressed. A common form of sexual behavior by adolescents is having sexual intercourse at a young age. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors associated with the age of first sexual intercourse among male adolescents (15-24 years) in Indonesia in 2017. Methods: The study was a secondary data analysis with a Cross Sectional design and a sample size of 956 male adolescents. The independent variable is the age of first sexual intercourse among male adolescents (15-24 years old) in Indonesia. While the independent variables are education level, employment status, reproductive health knowledge, family economic status, place of residence, exposure to internet media, and friends with risky behavior.
