Abstract

Penelitian ini membangun sebuah model inovatif yang menggabungkan model Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), dan dimensi religiusitas dalam konteks adopsi teknologi di sebuah organisasi, khususnya Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK). Model ini, yang menjadi keunikan dari penelitian ini, dikenal sebagai Model TOE-TAM-Religiusitas. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan pendekatan probability sampling dengan metode proporsional random sampling. Sampel diambil dari empat daerah di Provinsi Jambi, yakni Kota Jambi, Kabupaten Kerinci, Kabupaten Batanghari, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Jumlah responden sebanyak 399 pelaku UMK yang dipilih sesuai dengan rumus teknik Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Teknologi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat yang dirasakan pelaku UMK di Provinsi Jambi terkait penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan pelaku UMK di Provinsi Jambi dalam menggunakan TIK, Manfaat yang dirasakan dan Kemudahan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi TIK oleh pelaku UMK di Provinsi Jambi, Religiusitas dan Lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi TIK oleh pelaku UMK di Provinsi Jambi, Manfaat yang dirasakan mampu memediasi hubungan antara teknologi dengan adopsi TIK dan Kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan mampu memediasi hubungan antara organisasi dengan adopsi TIK. Diharapkan bahwa temuan dari penelitian ini akan memberikan saran praktis bagi instansi pemerintah, khususnya Dinas Koperasi dan UMK Provinsi Jambi, serta para pengusaha UMK, untuk mengembangkan suatu kerangka kerja dan panduan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMK melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). This research has developed an innovative model that integrates the Technology Organization-Environment (TOE) model, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and dimensions of religiosity within the context of technology adoption in an organization, particularly Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs). This model, known as the TOE-TAM-Religiosity Model, represents the novelty of this study. Sampling for the study was conducted using probability sampling with a proportional random sampling method. Samples were drawn from four districts in the Jambi Province, namely Jambi City, Kerinci Regency, Batanghari Regency, Muaro Jambi Regency, and East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The sample size consisted of 399 MSE actors selected according to the Slovin technique. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, utilizing SmartPLS version 3.2.8 software. The research findings indicate that: Technology has a significant positive influence on perceived benefits among MSE actors in Jambi Province regarding the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Organization has a significant positive influence on perceived ease of use among MSE actors in Jambi Province in using ICT. Perceived benefits and ease of use have a significant positive influence on ICT adoption by MSE actors in Jambi Province. Religiosity and Environment have a significant positive influence on ICT adoption by MSE actors in Jambi Province. Perceived benefits mediate the relationship between technology and ICT adoption, while perceived ease of use mediates the relationship between organization and ICT adoption. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide practical recommendations for government agencies, especially the Department of Cooperatives and MSEs in Jambi Province, as well as MSE entrepreneurs, to develop an effective framework and guidelines to enhance MSE business performance through the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
