Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pencegahan kecelakaan kerja merupakan suatu upaya untuk dapat meminimalisir bahkan juga menghindari risiko fatal dari adanya kecelakaan di lokasi kerja sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970. Puskesmas sebagai salah satu unit layanan kesehatan harus senantiasa meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, hal ini dapat tercapai salah satunya dengan memikirkan aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan dengan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2023 sampai selesai. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Putri Ayu yang berjumlah 102 orang dengan jumlah sampel 92 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data terdiri dari 2 tahapan yaitu analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yang dilakukan dengan uji statistic chi�kuadrat pada interval kepercayaan 95%. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proporsi pencegahan kecelakaan kerja pada pegawai Puskesmas Putri Ayu adalah sebesar (92,4%). Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja (p-value 0,000) dengan nilai PR sebesar 30,357 (95%CI=7,139-129,084), ada hubungan antara sikap dengan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja (p-value 0,000) dengan nilai PR sebesar 16,19 (95%CI=4,487-58,424), dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara tindakan dengan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja (p�value 0,387) dengan nilai PR sebesar 2,389 (95%CI=0,340-16,766). Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan, dan variabel sikap dengan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, sedangkan variabel tindakan tidak berhubungan dengan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Diharapkan bagi Puskesmas Putri Ayu untuk melakukan peninjauan kembali terhadap pencegahan kecelakaan kerja di lokasi kerja dan memberikan informasi kepada pegawai terkait penerapan K3 di Puskemas. Kata Kunci: Pencegahan, Kecelakaan, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Tindakan ABSTRACT Background: Prevention of work accidents is an effort to be able to minimize and even avoid the fatal risk of accidents at the work site in accordance with Law Number 1 Year 1970. Puskesmas as one of the health service units must always improve the quality of service, this can be achieved one of them by thinking about aspects of occupational health and safety. For this reason, this study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions with the prevention of work accidents. Method: This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design conducted in October 2023 until completion. The population in this study were all employees of the Putri Ayu Health Center, totaling 102 people with a sample size of 92 people. The sampling technique was carried out using total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interview using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis consisted of 2 stages, namely univariate analysis and bivariate analysis conducted by chi-squared statistical test at 95% confidence interval. Result: The results of this study indicate that the proportion of work accident prevention among employees of the Putri Ayu Health Center is (92.4%). There is a relationship between knowledge and prevention of work accidents (p-value 0.000) with a PR value of 30.357 (95%CI = 7.139-129.084), there is a relationship between attitude and prevention of work accidents (p-value 0.000) with a PR value of 16.19 (95%CI = 4.487- 58.424), and there is no relationship between action and prevention of work accidents (p-value 0.387) with a PR value of 2.389 (95%CI = 0.340-16.766). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the knowledge variable, and the attitude variable with the prevention of work accidents, while the practice variable is not related to the prevention of work accidents. It is expected for the Putri Ayu Health Center to conduct a review of the prevention of work accidents at the work site and provide information to employees regarding the application of K3 at the Health Center.
