Abstract

Latar Belakang : Rendahnya capaian imunisasi tidak terlepas dari perilaku ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap, sehingga anak yang tidak diberi imunisasi tidak memiliki kekebalan tubuh dan rentan terhadap penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hiang. Metode : Penelitian cross sectional. Dilakukan terhadap 135 responden, yaitu pada ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia 1-2 tahun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hiang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling. Variabel dependen yaitu pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dan variabel independen yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan, dukungan petugas kesehatan dan keterjangkauan fasilitas kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis chi-square. Hasil : Persentase ibu yang tidak memberikan imunisasi dasar (37,8%), memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik (41,5%), sikap kurang baik (47,4%), Pendidikan rendah (28,1%), dukungan petugas kesehatan kurang baik (37,0%) dan keterjangkauan fasilitas kesehatan tidak terjangkau (45,2%). Hasil uji chi-square diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,000), pendidikan (p=0,000), dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (p=0,000) dengan pemberian imunisasi dasar. Kesimpulan : Variabel pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan dan dukungan petugas kesehatan berhubungan secara signifikan dengan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dan variabel keterjangkauan fasilitas kesehatan tidak berhubungan dengan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hiang Kabupaten Kerinci. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melakukan penyuluhan secara rutin dan menerapkan metode sweeping. Kata Kunci : Imunisasi dasar, Puskesmas Background : The low immunization achievement cannot be separated from the mother’s behavior in providing complete basic immunization, so that children who are not immunized do not have immunity and are susceptible to disease. This study aims to determine the factors associated with providing complete basic immunization in the Hiang Community Health Center working area. Method : Cross sectional research. Conducted on 135 respondents, namely mothers who have children aged 1-2 years in the Hiang Health Center Working area. The sample was selected using simple random sampling. The dependent variable is the provision of complete basic immunization and the independent variables are knowledge, attitudes, education, support from health workers and affordability of health facilities. This research uses chi-square analysis. Results : Percentage of mothers who did not provide basic immunization (37,8%), haad poor knowledge (41,5%), poor attitude (47,4%), low education (28,1%), poor support from health workers (37,0%) and the affordability of health facilities is not affordable (45,2%). The results of the chi-square test showed that there was a relationship between knowlodge (p=0,000), Attitude (P=0,000), education (0,000), and support from health workers (P=0,000) with basic immunization. Conclusion : The variables of knowledge, attitude, education and support of health workers are significantly related to providing complete basic immunization and the variable of affordability of health facilities is not related to providing complete basic immunization in the working area of the Hiang Community Health Center, Kerinci Regency.
