Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pasien yang menjalani Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) memerlukan perawatan yang baik pasca intervensi untuk memastikan pemulihan yang optimal. Manajemen self care memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan pasien dapat mengelola kondisi kesehatan mereka dengan baik. Namun, masih terdapat kebutuhan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman dan praktik self care pada pasien post PCI di Poliklinik Jantung RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Appraisal Self Care Agency Scale yang telah di terjemahkan ke Bahasa Indonesia dan divalidasi sebelumnya dengan besar sampel 15 pasien dan penelitian 75 Pasien dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien post PCI memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang self care management dengan hasil Kemandirian Perawatan diri Yang Lebih Besar (100%) . Namun, terdapat temuan bahwa masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam pemahaman dan praktik self care, terutama dalam hal-hal tertentu seperti self monitoring (92%), self regulation (92%) dan adherence to recommended regimen (96%), Hasil kemandirian perawatan diri yang lebih besar yaitu Self Integration (97%), dan interaction with health professional and significant other (100%). Kesimpulan: Self Care Manajemen pasien post PCI di Poliklinik Jantung RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi yaitu dengan hasil Kemandirian Perawatan diri yang lebih besar. Kata Kunci: self care management, post percutaneous coronary intervention, deskriptif, cross sectional.self integration, self regulation, interaction with health professional and significant other, self monitoring, adherence to recommended regimen Background: Patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) require good care post intervention to ensure optimal recovery. Self care management plays an important role in ensuring patients can manage their health conditions well. However, there is still a need to evaluate the level of understanding and practice of self-care in post PCI patients at the Cardiac Polyclinic of Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi Province. Methode: This study used a descriptive approach with a cross sectional research design. Data were collected through the Appraisal Self Care Agency Scale questionnaire which had been translated into Indonesian and previously validated with a sample size of 15 patients and a study of 75 patients calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis. Results: The results showed that most post PCI patients had a good level of knowledge about self-care management with the result of Greater Self-Care Independence (100%). However, there are findings that improvement is still needed in the understanding and practice of self care, especially in certain matters such as self monitoring (92%), self regulation (92%) and adherence to recommended regimens (96%), results that are already good are Self Integration (97%), and interaction with health professionals and significant others (100%). Conclusion: Self Care Management of post PCI patients at the Cardiac Polyclinic of the Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital is the result of greater self-care independence.
