Abstract

Latar Belakang: Program Antenatal Care (ANC) Terpadu menjadi sebuah pelayanan komprehensif bagi hamil dalam mendektesi kehamilan secara dini terhadap komplikasi kehamilan yang mungkin saja bisa terjadi untuk mempersiapkan kehamilan dan kelahiran dengan cakupan K1 dan K4. Berdasarkan data dari laporan Puskesmas Simpang Sungai Duren Cakupan Pelayanan K1 dan K4 terjadi penurunan dan peningkatan pada setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas pelayanan antenatal care (anc) terpadu di puskesmas simpang sungai duren pada tahun 2022. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh ibu hamil di Puskesmas Simpang Sungai Duren Tahun 2022 sejumlah 850 ibu hamil. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 113 orang Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan mengisi lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi- square. Hasil: Hasil uji statistic menujukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan (p=0.000 <0.05), sikap (p=0.003 <0.05), jarak tempat tinggal (p=0.000 <0.05),dukungan suami, (p=0.002 <0.05),dukungan petugas kesehatan (p=0.000 <0.05),kecemasan (p=0.027 <0.05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, jarak tempat tinggal dukungan suami , dukungan petugas kesehatan , kecemasan dengan kualitas Antenatal Care (ANC) Terpadu di Puskesmas Simpang Sungai Duren pada tahun 2022 Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, ANC Terpadu Background: The Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) Program is a comprehensive service for pregnant women in early detection of pregnancy complications that may occur to prepare for pregnancy and birth with K1 and K4 coverage. Based on data from the Simpang Sungai Duren Community Health Center report, the coverage of K1 and K4 services has decreased and increased every year. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to the quality of integrated antenatal care (ANC) services at the Simpang Sungai Duren Community Health Center in 2022. Method: This type of research is quantitative research using an analytical observational design with a cross sectional approach. The research population is all pregnant women at the Simpang Sungai Duren Community Health Center in 2022, a total of 850 pregnant women. Respondents in this study were 113 people. Data collection used questionnaires and filled in observation sheets. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test. Results: The results of statistical tests show that the variables are knowledge (p=0.000 <0.05), attitude (p=0.003 <0.05), distance from residence (p=0.000 <0.05), husband's support, (p=0.002 <0.05), officer support health (p=0.000 <0.05), anxiety (p=0.027 <0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge, attitude, distance from husband's residence, support from health workers, anxiety and the quality of Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) at Simpang Sungai Duren Community Health Center in 2022 Keywords: Service Quality, Integrated ANC
