Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah : 1) Untuk mengetahui perilaku petani dalam penerapan teknik usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci. 2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan teknik usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci. 3) Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara komponen perilaku petani dengan penerapan teknik usahatani Jeruk Siam di Kecamatan Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2024, di Kecamatan Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriftif dan analisis uji chi-square dengan kontigensi 2x2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Perilaku petani dalam melaksanakan usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci tergolong tinggi dengan persentase : komponen pengetahun (kognitif) 63,83%, komponen sikap (afektif) 78,72%, dan komponen tindakan (psikomotor) 63,83%. 2) Tingkat penerapan teknik usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 61,70%. 3) Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara komponen pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan terhadap penerapan teknik usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Keliling Danau Kabupaten Kerinci. Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Penerapan Teknik, Usahatani, Jeruk Siam ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the behavior of farmers in implementing Siam orange farming techniques in Keliling Danau District, Kerinci Regency. 2) To find out the application of Siam orange farming techniques in Keliling Danau District, Kerinci Regency. 3) To analyze the relationship between components of farmer behavior and the application of Siam Orange farming techniques in Keliling Danau District, Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted from April to May 2024, in Keliling Danau District, Kerinci Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and chi-square test analysis with 2x2 contingency. The results of the research show that: 1) The behavior of farmers in carrying out Siam orange farming in Keliling Danau District, Kerinci Regency is relatively high with the percentage of: knowledge component (cognitive) 63.83%, attitude component (affective) 78.72%, and action component (psychomotor). ) 63.83%. 2) The level of application of Siam orange farming techniques in Keliling Danau District, Kerinci Regency is relatively high with a percentage of 61.70%. 3) Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, it was found that there was a real relationship between the components of knowledge, attitudes and actions towards the application of Siam orange farming techniques in Keliling Danau District, Kerinci Regency.
