Abstract
ABSTRAK — Peningkatan kesadaran akan keberlanjutan lingkungan telah mendorong penelitian mengenai alternatif ramah lingkungan untuk pengelolaan limbah organik. Salah satu potensi sumber daya yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah kulit nanas, yang seringkali dianggap sebagai limbah pertanian. Kulit nanas dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan eco-enzyme dalam pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bantuan larva Black Soldier Fly. Parameter yang diuji adalah pH, kandungan C-organik, N-total dan Rasio C/N. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penambahan eco-enzyme berpengaruh terhadap kandungan C-organik N-total dan Rasio C/N tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kandungan pH pupuk organik. Kandungan N-total pada pupuk ≥ 0,4 artinya pupuk organik memenuhi standar mutu pupuk kompos yang ditentukan pemerintah SNI 19-7030-2004. Kata Kunci — Eco-Enzyme; Kulit Nanas; Larva; Pupuk Organik. ABSTRACT —Increased awareness of environmental sustainability has encouraged research into environmentally friendly alternatives for organic waste management. One potential resource that can be utilized is pineapple peel, which is often considered agricultural waste. Pineapple skin can be used as organic fertilizer. This research aims to determine the effect of adding eco-enzyme in making organic fertilizer with the help of Black Soldier Fly larvae. The parameters tested were pH, organic C content, total N and C/N ratio. The results of the research showed that the addition of eco-enzyme had an effect on the total N-organic C content and the C/N ratio but had no effect on the pH content of organic fertilizer. The total N content in fertilizer ≥ 0.4 means that organic fertilizer meets the quality standards for compost fertilizer determined by the government SNI 19-7030-2004.
