Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui sikap petani terhadap pola kemitraan (inti plasma) dalam peremajaan kelapa sawit dengan PT. Inti Indosawit Subur di Desa Intan Jaya Kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, 2) Untuk mengetahui implementasi pola kemitraan (inti plasma) dalam peremajaan kelapa sawit dengan PT. Inti Indosawit Subur di Desa Intan Jaya Kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, dan 3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap petani dengan pola kemitraan (inti plasma) dalam peremajaan kelapa sawit dengan PT. Inti Indosawit Subur di Desa Intan Jaya Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2024 di Desa Intan Jaya. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Random Sampling, yaitu penentuannya dipilih secara acak dari 18 kelompok tani sampai mendapatkan 38 responden yang melakukan peremajaan dengan pola kemitraan (inti plasma). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Chi-Square. Dari hasil uraian analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Sikap petani kelapa sawit terhadap pola kemitraan (inti plasma) dalam peremajaan kelapa sawit dengan PT. Inti Indosawit Subur di Desa Intan Jaya Kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, tergolong positif dengan nilai persentase sebesar 76,32% sedangkan untuk kategori yang tergolong negatif memiliki nilai persentase sebesar 23,68%, 2) Penerapan atau implementasi pola kemitraan (inti plasma) dalam peremajaan kelapa sawit dengan PT. Inti Indosawit Subur di Desa Intan Jaya Kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat tergolong tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 71,06% sedangkan untuk kategori rendah memiliki nilai persentase sebesar 28,94%, dan 3) Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square bahwasanya terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara sikap dengan implementasi pola kemitraan (inti plasma) di Desa Intan Jaya Kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the attitude of farmers towards the partnership pattern (plasma core) in oil palm replanting with PT Inti Indosawit Subur in Intan Jaya Village, Muara Papalik District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. 2) To determine the implementation of the partnership pattern (plasma core) in oil palm replanting with PT Inti Indosawit Subur in Intan Jaya Village, Muara Papalik Subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. 3) To determine the relationship between farmers' attitudes and partnership patterns (plasma core) in oil palm replanting with PT Inti Indosawit Subur in Intan Jaya Village, Muara Papalik Sub-district, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research was conducted in March-April 2024 in Intan Jaya Village. The sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling, namely the determination was randomly selected from 18 farmer groups to get 38 respondents who conducted replanting with a partnership pattern (plasma core). The analysis method used is Chi-Square analysis. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: 1) The attitude of oil palm farmers towards the partnership pattern (plasma core) in oil palm replanting with PT Inti Indosawit Subur in Intan Jaya Village, Muara Papalik District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, is classified as positive with a percentage value of 76.32% while for the category classified as negative has a percentage value of 23.68%. 2) The application or implementation of the partnership pattern (plasma nucleus) in oil palm replanting with PT Inti Indosawit Subur in Intan Jaya Village, Muara Papalik District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, is classified as high with a percentage of 71.06% while the low category has a percentage value of 28.94%. 3) Based on the results of the Chi-Square test that there is a real relationship between attitudes with the implementation of partnership patterns (plasma core) in Intan Jaya Village Muara Papalik District West Tanjung Jabung Regency.
