Abstract
Mutu pelayanan rumah sakit dapat ditentukan dari kualitas pelayanan yang perawat berikan. Kinerja perawat mempunyai fungsi sebagai tolak ukur layanan keperawatan, kinerja perawat yang kurang baik dapat dikeluhkan oleh pasien sebagai penerima asuhan tindakan keperawatan. Hal ini dapat menjadi gambaran tingkat keberhasilan pelayanan sebuah rumah sakit, yang secara tidak langsung menggambarkan kemampuan perawat dalam menerapkan standar asuhan keperawatan. Diruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Islam Arafah terdapat masalah kinerja perawat dalam pelayanan keperawatan yang penting untuk dievaluasi agar pelayanan keperawatan kepada pasien dapat berkualitas. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif berpopulasi 63 perawat di ruang rawat inap berkedudukan sebagai perawat pelaksana dan ketua tim dengan teknik total sampling berjumlah 63 perawat. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner tentang kinerja perawat. Karakteristik responden berdasarkan umur perawat mayoritas sebanyak 45 responden (71,4%) dengan rentang umur (26-35 tahun), Jenis kelamin perawat mayoritas sebanyak 52 responden (82,5%) jenis kelamin perempuan. Masa kerja perawat mayoritas sebanyak 28 responden (44,4%) dengan masa kerja ≥ 1 tahun. Pendidikan perawat mayoritas sebanyak 38 responden (60,3%) dengan pendidikan Profesi Ners. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah sakit Islam Arafah Jambi secara keseluruhan berada dikategori Baik (38,1%) dan Cukup (61,9%). Kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah sakit Islam Arafah Jambi berada pada kategori kinerja yang baik, namun mayoritas kinerja perawat berada pada kategori kinerja cukup. Maka perawat dan rumah sakit perlu berupaya meningkatkan kinerja guna mencapai kategori kinerja yang baik.The quality of hospital services can be determined from the quality of services that nurses provide. Nurse performance has a function as a benchmark for nursing services, poor nurse performance can be complained about by patients as recipients of nursing care. This can be an illustration of the level of success of a hospital's services, which indirectly describes the ability of nurses to implement nursing care standards. In the inpatient room at Arafah Islamic Hospital there are problems with the performance of nurses in nursing services which are important to evaluate so that nursing services to patients can be of high quality. The design of this research was descriptive quantitative with a population of 63 nurses in inpatient wards who served as executive nurses and team leaders with a total sampling technique of 63 nurses. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire from performance of a nurse. Characteristics of respondents based on age, the majority of nurses were 45 respondents (71.4%) with an age range of (26-35 years), the gender of the majority of nurses was 52 respondents (82.5%) female. The majority of nurses had a working period of 28 respondents (44.4%) with a working period of ≥ 1 years. The majority of nursing education was 38 respondents (60.3%) with professional education as a nurse. The results of this study found that the overall performance of nurses in the inpatient ward at Arafah Islamic Hospital Jambi was in the Good (38.1%) and Fair (61.9%) categories. The performance of nurses in the inpatient room of the Jambi Arafat Islamic Hospital is in the good performance category and the majority perform moderately, so nurses and hospitals need to strive to improve performance in order to achieve a good performance category.
