Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to analyze deeply how Intellectual Capital (MVAIC) affects financial performance and company growth within the Food and Beverages sector of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. The research methodology involves quantitative analysis, utilizing PLS-SEM techniques for data examination, including both outer and inner model tests using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Sample selection was carried out via purposive sampling from Food and Beverages companies listed on the IDX, followed by the analysis of secondary data extracted from annual reports spanning from 2018 to 2022. The findings of the study reveal a negative impact of Intellectual Capital on the financial performance of companies. Furthermore, Intellectual Capital also negatively affects company growth. However, financial performance demonstrates a positive influence on the growth of Food and Beverages companies listed on the IDX during the period from 2018 to 2022, albeit lacking statistical significance.
