Abstract
Abstrak Bungkil inti sawit adalah hasil samping dari pengolahan minyak inti sawit yang bisa digunakan untuk bahan pakan ternak dengan kandungan nutrien yang cukup baik, yaitu protein kasar 14,19-21,66 %, lemak kasar 9,5-10,5% dan serat kasar 12-63%. Kandungan serat kasar yang tinggi menjadi hambatan penggunaanya untuk ternak unggas. Sehingga perlu pengolahannya melalui fermentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui taraf penggunaan BIS hasil fermentasi dengan Bacillus cereus V9 terhadap bobot organ dalam dan bobot organ pencernaan pada ayam broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Susunan perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah R0 = Ransum mengandung 0% BISF, R1= Ransum mengandung 10% BISF, R2= Ransum mengandung 15% BISF, R3= Ransum mengandung 20% BISF, R4= Ransum mengandung 25% BISF, R5= Ransum mengandung 30% BISF. Peubah yang diamati yaitu konsumsi ransum, bobot potong, bobot organ dalam dan bobot organ pencernaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian bungkil inti sawit hasil fermentasi dengan bakteri Bacillus cereus V9 tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap Konsumsi Ransum, Bobot Potong, Bobot organ pencernaan, dan Bobot organ dalam. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemberian bungkil inti sawit fermentasi dengan Bacillus cereus V9 dalam ransum ayam broiler dapat di gunakan sampai taraf 30% . Abstract Palm kernel meal is a by-product of processing palm kernel oil which can be used as animal feed with a fairly good nutrient content, namely crude protein 14.19-21.66%, crude fat 9.5-10.5% and crude fiber. 12-63%. The high crude fiber content is an obstacle to its use for poultry farming. So it needs to be processed through fermentation. This study aims to determine the level of use of BIS fermented with Bacillus cereus V9 on the weight of internal organs and the weight of digestive organs in broiler chickens. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment structure applied was R0 = Ration containing 0% BISF, R1= Ration containing 10% BISF, R2= Ration containing 15% BISF, R3= Ration containing 20% BISF, R4= Ration containing 25% BISF, R5= Ration containing 30 % BISF. The variables observed were feed consumption, slaughter weight, internal organ weight and digestive organ weight. The results of the study showed that giving fermented palm kernel meal with Bacillus cereus V9 bacteria had no significant effect (P>0.05) on ration consumption, slaughter weight, digestive organ weight and internal organ weight. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the provision of fermented palm kernel meal with Bacillus cereus V9 in broiler chicken rations can be used up to 30%.
