Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul: Analisis Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Daerah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Jambi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Perkembangan Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal, Rasio Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Keserasian Belanja Daerah dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Jambi selama tahun 2000 – 2022. 2) Bagaimana Pengaruh Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal, Rasio Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah dan Keserasian Belanja Daerah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Jambi selama tahun 2000 – 2022. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian selama tahun 2000 – 2022 di Provinsi Jambi menunjukkan bahwa Derajat Desentralisasi dan Keserasian Belanja Daerah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Sedangkan Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah dan Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Kata Kunci: Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal, Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah, Keserasian Belanja Daerah   ABSTRACT This research is entitled: Analysis of the Influence of Regional Financial Performance on the Human Development Index in Jambi Province. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: 1) Development of the Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio, Regional Financial Dependency Ratio, Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Regional Expenditure Harmony Ratio and Human Development Index in Jambi Province during 2000 - 2022. 2) How is the Degree Ratio Influenced Fiscal Decentralization, Regional Financial Dependency Ratio, Regional Financial Independence Ratio and Regional Expenditure Harmony with the Human Development Index in Jambi Province during 2000 - 2022. This research uses quantitative analysis and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of research during the year 2000 – 2022 in Jambi Province shows that the Degree of Decentralization and Regional Expenditure Harmony have a significant influence on the Human Development Index. Meanwhile, Regional Financial Dependence and Regional Financial Independence do not have a significant effect on the Human Development Index.
