Abstract

ABSTRAK – Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha cookies crispy dari tepung mocaf di Kota Jambi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pendirian usaha cookies crispy mocaf layak atau tidak didirikan dari aspek finansial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Usaha pembuatan cookies crispy mocaf dengan 100% modal pinjaman layak untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kelayakan finansial pendirian usaha cookies crispy mocaf diperoleh BEP volume produksi 66.583 kemasan/tahun dan BEP harga jual sebesar Rp.8.287/kemasan. Kriteria kelayakan investasi diperoleh nilai NPV Rp.384.428.560> 0, usaha dikatakan layak karena NPV bernilai positif atau lebih besar dari 0. nilai IRR 42% > 8% suku bunga, Net B/C besar dari satu yaitu 1,15. Usaha pengolahan cookies crispy mocaf pengembalian modal selama 2,7 tahun. Kata Kunci – Analisis Finansial; Cookies Crispy; Mocaf ABSTRACT – This research was conducted to analyze the financial feasibility of the crispy cookies business from mocaf flour in Jambi City. The aim of the research is to find out whether the establishment of a crispy mocaf cookies business is feasible or not from a financial aspect. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The business of making crispy mocaf cookies with 100% capital is feasible to run. Based on the research results, it shows that the financial feasibility of establishing a crispy mocaf cookies business obtains a BEP production volume of 66.583 packages/year and a BEP selling price of IDR.8.287/package. Criteria for investment feasibility obtained by the NPV value Rp.384.428.560> 0, the business is said to be feasible because the NPV is positive or greater than 0. IRR value 42% > 8% interest rate, Net B/C greater than one, namely 1,15. The business of processing crispy mocaf cookies returns capital in 2,7 years.
