Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap korban perdagangan anak di Kota Jambi berdasarkan Undang�Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014. berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka penulisan menarik dua rumusan masalah sebagai berikut, yang pertama bagaimana pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum oleh PPA Polda Jambi terhadap korban perdagangan anak di Kota Jambi, yang kedua Upaya Yang Dilakukan PPA Polda Jambi Terhadap Pemulihan Anak Sebagai Korban Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris, jenis data penelitian ini menerapkan data kualitatif baik bersifat primer, sekunder dan tersier. Hasil penelitian ini adalah upaya perlindungan hukum sudah dilakukan dengan semaksimal mungkin oleh PPA Polda Jambi dengan melindungi korban anak dan menuntut pelaku dihukum dengan seberat-seberatnya sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak, dan memberikan pendampingan korban melalui psikolog agar korban dampak menyembuhkan trauma. This thesis aims to determine the legal protection of the Jambi Regional victims of child trafficking in Jambi City. Based on the above problems, the writing draws two formulations of the problem as follows, the first is how the implementation of legal protection by the Jambi Police PPA against victims of child trafficking in Jambi City, the second is the efforts made by the Jambi Regional Police PPA on the Recovery of Children as Victims of Trafficking in Persons. This writing uses empirical juridical methods, this type of research data applies qualitative data both primary, secondary and tertiary. The results of this study are that legal protection efforts have been carried out to the maximum extent possible by the Jambi Regional Police PPA by protecting child victims and demanding that the perpetrators be punished to the fullest extent in accordance with the Child Protection Act, and providing assistance to victims through psychologists so that victims of the impact heal trauma.
