Abstract

The main objective of this research is to find out whether capital structure, operating cash flow and sales levels have an effect on profit growth in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Using secondary data collected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange, this study is quantitative in nature. Companies in the health industry that were listed on the IDX between 2019 and 2022 make up the population of this research. It is a purposive sampling technique. With 9 firms included over the course of 4 years, a total of 36 people were considered for the sample. Then, in order to undertake additional testing and ensure that the data followed a normal distribution, data outliers were removed, resulting in a study sample size of 34. Statistical methods, including descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis, were used with a significance level of 5% in SPSS version 26 software. Profit growth is affected by capital structure and operational cash flow factors, but not by sales level, according to this study..
